Great staff! Very helpful and friendly! Nice rooms with all the comforts and amenities I’m interested in. Love the decorating or the rooms and the more home style look. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Really basic motel, very poor customer service. Had a raincheck from last year since everything closed in Sonoma for to the pandemic- they said they would value this credit and that this could be used similarly in the future. Unlike any raincheck I've ever encountered, they told me that for me to use it, they doubled their prices. Really bothered that this business doesn't understand rainchecks; they said the reason for increased pricing was "due to covid." Pretty darn sure the pandemic was businesses in fall of 2020 as well.
It was mostly clean, I guess, and there was on site parking.

This is a modest but nice place, however, all 4 pillows in our room were mildewed. The room smelled because of them and my husband's skin smelled after sleeping on them. When I reached out to housekeeping I was informed there were no other pillows available.

Great amenities for the price and wonderful location. Ruth at the front desk was an amazing help suggesting wineries and places to go around the Sonoma area. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Off the main drag. No elevator for 2nd floor. Room nice. Nothing fancy. Outdoor areas need cleaning.

This place is an absolute gem! I was in Sonoma for business and needed a clean, quiet place to stay. I found the Sonoma Creek Inn online, read their glowing reviews and decided to book my stay.
The hotel is spotless and the rooms are like stepping into a time capsule. They're appointed with 30s & 40s furnishings, art, etc.
The room was comfy and quiet which always helps when traveling. I finished my stay with a wonderful breakfast at the adjacent Creekside Restaurant. I left the hotel rested and relaxed.
Don't hesitate to book a room at this lovely slice of Americana.

The Sonoma Creek Inn is full of promise and style. It is definitely a very decent choice for the money but I don't know if I would return.

I visited during an almost complete Covid-related shutdown so clearly my experience was colored by the parameters of travel under these conditions.
However, all of my concerns are not related to Covid restrictions.

Upon entering my room for the first time I noticed this: One of the two windows in my room could not open-the grooves on the handle were worn.
I could not raise the venetian blind because the cord was missing and I noticed that there was

Weekend wine get away for bday geezer TT. This place is small cute rustic classic B&B hotel. Hospitality and response was great in giving us all the info and help we need with limited to no contact due to covid. They make sure they protect their guest and staff and giving us the up most best service and hospitality. This place is affordable and convenient to many good restaurants and winery. The lady at the office is super sweet and helpful.

I love this place for its charm, hospitality, location, outstanding customer service and affordability. The inn is made to look like a 40's motor inn, super cute, well themed and of course clean and comfortable. Sonoma Highway and Arnold Drive are easy access. The price cannot be beat. Ruth at the front desk took the time to tell me a lot about Sonoma history that was super interesting. After we checked out, I got a text letting me know that we had left a charger in the room. We thought they were mistaken, so we ignored the text. A week later they sent an email. When I called to say we didn

All the charm of a bed and breakfast for the price of a budget chain hotel. Not only is The Sonoma Creek Inn beautifully decorated and maintained, but the staff are relaxed, friendly and genuine.

I was assisted by Dan and the night staff. Both offered a warm welcome via telephone and in person.

The location is spectacular! Pop into the breakfast spot next door, or walk just down the block to a cute coffee shop, tacqueria or full sized Mexican restaurant. A smokehouse and the day spa are also within walking distance.

I received a price quote from Expedia and then a confirmation for a much lower quote from Sonoma Creek Inn. The manager would not honor the lower quote that I had via email confirmation. Not a way to run a business.

The room was very tiny and dark. I would not recommend the Sonoma Creek Inn.

I was not treated well by this hotel. My wife and I were looking to spend a night to celebrate our 46th anniversary. We called to check availability and to confirm 1 night. I spoke to the hotel Manager and booked a 1 night stay and received my e-mail confirmation. Within about an hour I was called by the manager to say there was "a problem" because another agent had booked the same room "just minutes ahead" of me and the hotel had to honor that reservation instead of mine (Apparently my confirmation did not matter). My reservation and my confirmation was for 1 night during

The lens through which I see the world is reliably one of wonder and gratitude. My perspective having spent a long weekend here recently is that while Sonoma Creek Inn offers travelers a "fine" experience it is surprisingly mediocre with, indeed, cute elements. It is a 10 minute car ride to experience the "Sonoma" feel in activity and services. The Inn is located in a neighborhood that seems to serve the service working population of Sonoma. While this should not negatively influence your stay, it contributes to the energy and feel of the stay. The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn

No hotel services after 9:00 pm!

I stepped out for a bucket of ice after 10 pm and my card key did not let me back in. I was locked out of my room with no phone, wallet, or car keys. What a nightmare.

There is no night clerk, no wall phone, intercom or way to reach on call person from the premises. ?? in desperation I started knocking on other room-doors after 10:00 pm- Very Very Humiliating.

GET A WALL MOUNTED PHONE OR HOT LINE FOR NIGHT CALL PERSON -ONLY $25 ABOUT PER MONTH. Not everyone is a couple or in bed by 9:00!
