BEST hotel service we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing! I had accidentally booked the wrong hotel date through a 3rd party and arrived with panic when the front desk could not locate my reservation.
Thankfully, Kimberly (front desk manager) assured my husband & I that we need not worry. Both her and Dave (housekeeping supervisor) immediately took charge of the situation in the most accommodating way possible. Dave offered us wine as we waited for Kimberly to sort out the situation.
After a short wait, Kimberly had located a last minute suite which was equivalent to our original

My husband and I picked this place for our first wedding anniversary because I wanted a vineyard view room that was dog friendly. The photos of this hotel does not do it justice! The room was modern, spacious, clean, and words cannot express the view. The staff was also welcoming and pleasant, and even surprised us with a sweet card and cake for our anniversary. Thank you Senza hotel and staff for making our special day memorable.

From the moment I drove onto the grounds, I knew I would love this place. It is absolutely stunning. The staff was kind and welcoming. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was a dream. It was so large with the most wonderful oversized walk in shower. The robes and slippers were a welcome touch after spending a day in the rain in Napa. The wine tasting by the fire place in the lobby was cozy and relaxing. The breakfast was the perfect light meal in preparation for a day or wine tasting and exploring. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Senza Hotel (in the Villa) for a bachelorette weekend in Napa and it was a stellar experience. The Villa is a stand alone building with two rooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, two patios and a cozy living room. It fit 8 ladies perfectly. Besides the beautiful rooms, the Senza grounds is made for Instagram. We took tons of pictures next to the Vineyard to memorialize the weekend. On top of everything great, Senza also host a complementary breakfast and wine hour DAILY.
I am already dreaming of my next stay here (and brining my pup because it's pet friendly)!

We had a much anticipated reservation at The French Laundry with family so my partner and I decided to splurge even more and get a hotel room for the night, instead of trekking back to San Francisco with overly full bellies. After too much research, we stumbled upon the Senza Hotel. It was close to Yountville, dog-friendly, had wheelchair accessible rooms available, and appeared relaxing based on the pictures on the website. The price was steep for one night, but hey, we're splurging here...

Such a great hotel and we were truly loving our experience here. Literally sitting out on the patio smack in the middle of a vineyard remarking on the incredible time we were having when all of a sudden a pile of food gets dumped from the balcony on to ours...Wow, really? Almost instantly the bugs and birds flew in. It literally fell a foot away from the back of my husbands chair he was sitting in. Called it into the Front Desk and I didn't get an apology or any immediate action just an "Ill look into it." Needless to say, that really ruined what we thought was a great stay

We got back from spending our anniversary at Senza. Everything about this hotel was perfect from beginning to end of stay. The artwork on the property is beautiful. We stayed in the king vineyard suite which was absolutely amazing. Heated floor in bathroom, daily room service, continental breakfast brought daily to room and so much more. Loved this place and will be back. Senza is owned by Hall family. Their winery is as amazing as their hotel.

1) We received no warm welcome, it was supposed to be a pampering boutique hotel, instead we have been treated like at a fast food restaurant. The check in atmosphere was the one of a 2 star motel.
2) We have been given the worst room, no view, ground floor, close to the parking, definitely not worth $800 that we paid. A shame.
Even worse we booked through Amex Platinum Travel.
We asked for a better room, they said it was the last one, unless we wanted to upgrade for $150 more to one at the first floor, with no view.
3) We got to the room and there was no cold water. We asked for help, but

My husband and I went to Napa to celebrate my 50th birthday. I had looked at other hotels but chose Senza Hotel based on its reviews, and I'm so glad I did.
Our stay at Senza Hotel was fabulous and so relaxing! The grounds are beautiful and safety measures across the board executed very well. Our room was amazing! We stayed in room 65 in the Hall Bldg. with a vineyard view.
We were also surprised with a thoughtful birthday card and dessert!
Thank you to Tanesha at the front desk who helped make my birthday and our stay so wonderful and memorable. She was celebrating a birthday too the same

The staff was incredible, so nice, loved on our dogs, and very accommodating to everything we needed. Our room was so beautiful, very large, with the best view of the vineyard. We were on the first floor and it was amazing. Plenty of room for our dogs to run!
The only reason it wasn't a 5 stars is simply because there were no food services, I'm not sure if I may have missed that on the reservations? After a long day of driving, we had to get carry out in town. It would be awesome if they were partnered with a restaurant to deliver food to your room!

This property is fantastic. My boyfriend and I have been cooped up in our apartment since March due to COVID-19, so we were looking for a quick, safe getaway. We chose Senza because the property looked beautiful and they advertised better than average safety practices. Both of these selling points turned out to be more than true.
We chose to stay in the Senza Suite, which is a bit more spendy but offers a private patio and a bit more square footage than standard rooms. The best part, undeniably, is the patio. It's private, beautiful (backing up to what I believe is the vineyard of Ashes

Charming little hotel owned and surrounded by Hall Vineyards a few minutes away from downtown (most restaurants have outside seating, Zuzu, Morimoto...). Excellent customer service (namely Dawn at the front desk). Complimentary breakfast catered by Bouchon Bakery and delivered to your room every morning.
Perfect, serene spot to get away from "things" these days. Worth every penny.

We had an amazing experience at SENZA. Napa is an ideal vacation spot any time of year - but you can't skimp on the hotel or you'll usually get what you pay for. SENZA is the perfect combination of luxury and value. It is one of the best places we've stayed in a while. The staff is great, too - they are so warm and welcoming.
We were fortunate to find a great deal on Hotel Tonight during the off season. The rooms are clean, updated and stunning; they are complimented by gorgeous views of wine country that you just can't beat. Each room has a fireplace - which is a huge plus

If I could stay here more than a day I would! The hotel has been here 5 years and it's super nice. Clean and sleek!
They have a wine hour 6-7 and breakfast 7-10.
Spa and jacuzzi open until 10.
The grounds have a cottage feel, but it's a new and clean hotel. They have toiletry amenities and plenty of pillows.
At night the porch lighting does come through the room. The hotel is located on a main road and you can hear the train at night.
I still recommend this hotel.

First There is free breakfast catered from Bouchon Bakery.. delivered fresh every morning.. only bakery items... then there is fresh fruit.. oatmeal, yogurt.. almond milk available upon request. Also there is a free wine hour from 6pm -7pm in the same area as breakfast.. they also have cheese and crackers available with veggies during this time. The area this is at is in the lobby by checkin which is the same location as the view from the side of our patio and soaking tub... so we were able to do some people watching. Winning!

We booked a room at Senza Hotel at the last minute for our anniversary, and we loved it! It's a charming, nicely renovated boutique hotel. We had our 7 year old with us, and he enjoyed it as well. The hotel is also convenient located between Yountville and downtown Napa. It was close to all the wineries we wanted to go to and right off Highway 29.
We had a ground floor vineyard view room. The view was perfect - a water tower, rows of grape vines, and hot air balloons in the distance when we woke up. The room and bathroom were large. The linens were nice and clean, and towels were fluffy
