We have nothing but great things to say about Hotel Yountville. The property is pristine, the rooms are beautiful, and our entire experience with the staff starting from before the lockdown back in 2020 until the day of our wedding in October 2021 was amazing!
From the moment my wife and I first set foot on the property of Hotel Yountville, we knew that this would be the place where we would want to have our wedding ceremony. The hotel lobby is a modern take of a log cabin, with a fireplace and a full bar open in the evenings, and a beautiful outdoor seating area as well. The area where our ceremony

Ok this one is tough, The Hotel is beautiful and the staff are all lovely. The price is High! We have stayed in many beautiful places and payed a pretty penny but this was the most we have ever paid and there were plugs that didn't work in our room. Only one USB port, only one towel hook in the bathroom and the iron didn't work. The boxed breakfast was not great either, ok... but not great. The spa gets 5 stars. Had a great experience. I just can't give the hotel 5 stars because for over 1000.00 dollars a night I expect... a lot.

Heritage Oak restaurant had fantastic breakfast options. We ended up choosing the Eggs Benedict with crispy pork belly which was cooked to perfection, hen of the wood mushrooms, charred brussel sprouts with lemon hollandaise on the side!! Coffee and Mocha was great quality!! Service was 5 stars!! Thanks for taking great care of us even though your dining room was full!!

Watch out!!
They will charge it on your credit card without you knowing.
I don't even drink and I had a charges from the bar at 11:30 PM but they act very dumb.
Very disappointing my room was next to the utility room where in the morning all the workers with their carts making loud noise getting towels and all the supplies to take it to other rooms after paying so much money for that.

Booked last minute at 3 pm at a price of $1000/night, arrived at 4 pm and they had us wait 2.5 hours to get into our room because the room wasn't ready. Finally got into one room at 6:30 PM and the second still wasn't ready. Had to change a reservation at Bouchon and they told us we might not be seated now. Stayed here years ago when it was going downhill but heard they improved. Guess not. Management acted annoyed when we asked why the room wasn't ready after 1.5 hours after arrival, 2.5 hours after booking. I will never return. Sorry we don't match the typical "look"

Great location. Very friendly although limited staff, including no bell staff to help with luggage. Bartender was awesome. Room was a bit dated including a ceiling fan that looked like it was purchased at Walmart. Online wine list nothing close to actual list. Only 1 average tasting Chardonnay available during our stay. Food menu limited but good. Spa amenities were sparse but therapist were excellent. Pool steps very slippery... beware. I slipped and fell upon entering. Be careful to avoid serious injury. Overall a nice stay (other than hip injury from pool fall) but not worth more than $500

My family and I have been looking forward to our stay here but so far not impressed. First, the OpenKey app doesn't work and I spent close to an hour explaining to them that the sharing function of the app doesn't work for the other members of my family in the room (after they kept insisting that I was doing something wrong on my end which I wasn't). And then the door for one of our rooms would alarm despite the fact that the door was closed (it would latch but still alarm that the door was open when it wasn't), to the extent that it woke us up at 3:30 in the morning!! Hotel Yountville is the perfect luxury escape in downtown Yountville. It’s really charming, it’s very private you feel like you’re in your own villa. And I think it is more cost-effective than the other hotels in downtown Yountville. It’s totally walking distance from downtown and they have bikes you can rent as a guest. The rooms are very spacious, I’ll have a fireplace in fold tub. As of April 2021 the pool was open with some spacing restrictions. But masks are not required at the pool. I will easily go back again for another special trip. Recommend booking as far in Advance as possible

Loved staying here! Took our daughter for college graduation first of June. 2 Queen beds. Huge room that opened up onto a small patio. Things just starting to open back up. Staff was very responsive. Chase at front desk was unbelievably helpful as the concierge making winery tasting appointments and dinner reservations. More importantly he printed time sensitive documents for me so that I could swing by and sign them and he then FedExd them for me. Amazing restaurants within walking distance. Great location in middle of Napa. Everything basically within 10-15min drive. Pool and bar were very relaxing

Hotel is cute but definitely not a 4-5 star hotel. Looks much nicer in photos. It kind of makes me think of motel or apartment complex. Besides Pool area there is really no charm to it. However, you'll have children screaming and playing in pool area. Not my vibe yet. The gym is a plus ( Peloton bike ). Location is excellent.

Gorgeous property overall and amazing hospitality from the employees. The room was stunning and impeccably clean. Features included a stone fireplace, nice outdoor patio, very comfortable canopy bed, rain shower, and spa-tub. We had snacks, chocolates, and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room upon check in.
WiFi, parking, and a quick to-go breakfast were all included with our stay. Amenities include a gym, pool/hot tub, and free bike rentals. They do take COVID precautions seriously - we felt very safe during our time there.
The location was outstanding. Yountville is a beautiful little

Very pleasant stay, nice people, best chicken wings by the pool, someone did good job design the pool area! You can't beat the price in this location, great service. It's peace and quiet time we needed. COVID made things beady. We wear masks everywhere we go, there is hand wipes pin the room, I wish the gym is open. But it's okay. Got great work out in the green patio. Thank you beautiful, will see you again!

Really lovely hotel. The rooms feel like your own tiny cottage rather than a stuffy hotel room. The pool is lovely and the service was always excellent at both the pool and bar.
We had a king room with a nice outdoor patio with chairs that we could sit on. The bathroom was spacious with both a stand alone tub and a separate shower.
Concierge/front desk was great and helpful.
The location is impeccable and we were able to walk to all the best Yountville restaurants.

This is one of the best stays I have had. The property is A+, rooms are super cozy, the heated pool area is where someone can spend their whole day and the staff is super accommodating. The hotel has partnership with some of the wineries and other local businesses. Highly recommended getting in touch with the concierge after booking the stay.

This place is amazing and is so pretty!! We did a mini staycation here for my boyfriend's birthday back in January. Even the service once you booked the hotel is superb! Concierge emailed me after booking and asked if they could assist me with anything during my stay. Told them what I was there for and asked if they can make any accommodation. They quickly emailed me back with a couple of options. And when we checked in, our room came with complimentary champagne and chocolate for the bday boy!!
The room was so big and cozy. I honestly didn't feel like I was staying in a hotel...it

Absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My partner and I got married and made Hotel Yountville a part of our honeymoon. We spoke with Jessica about our celebration. She gave us an upgrade and had some Champagne and sweets for us when we arrived. The room was perfect. Super high ceilings, large bathroom and a fire place. After being with my now wife for 7 1/2 years, we were so happy to have found a hotel that matched our personality. Especially for such an important time in our life.

It was a great experience to stay here - we will definitely be back! Nice lobby area and plentiful outdoor seating options, including a large outdoor space covered with a pergola and a fire at night, and multiple seating types around/near the pool and hot tub. There's free wine around happy hour at both the bar in the entry area seating room and bar at the pool. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, have high-quality linens and great bathroom products.
