The Healthcare Team Members are awesome, professional, respectful, responsive to your needs and caring. The Psychologist is professional, listens to your concerns and works with you to resolve your problems. She has worked with my other doctors as well as my doctor at Paragon. The Physicians are very professional, listen to you, look at you when talking instead of at a computer screen like so many other doctors do, work with you on your treatment plan and generally seem to care about their patients. Nicest nurses ever. And the doctor is so nice and makes you feel so relaxed and stuff to talk to him about anything and everything comfortably and never feel like he's judging you. Also he listens and helps anyway he can at any time.

The staff is amazing! Dr.B. is one of my favorite doctors hands down. I myself am personally hard on doctors, my expectations are at times unrealistic for anyone to understand,however when it comes to my personal Doctors & there Medical staff I do expect nothing but the most professional & the best in their field of practicing medicine. Unfortunately my health has declined rapidly over the last few years & one thing I have learned is that you must speak up for yourself when it comes to your health because nobody else will. Very nice staff, been going here for years. Dr.B was awesome he retired at beginning of year. New doctor is just as awesome he acctually looks at your files and talks about your care and options, NOT just sign a Rx for you. They call you day before appt for reminder. The wait time is not long at all especially if you are on time😶. Staff all wear masks and gloves, they are checking temps at door, only allowing a few people in waiting room I wasnt going to be able to make an appointment due to emergency they were able to make other arrangements for my appointment.

Paragon Staff offer thorough friendly personal service..The Doctor is a kind and understanding man..I was pleasantly surprised by the experience and highly recommend this office for care above and beyond the typical health care treatment so frequent today..Thank You..

New dr at paragon finally, no more long waits and waiting for dr to Show up for work lol ,thanks dr fenzl for listening , finally a dr who listens and helped me ! He is my pain management dr and that’s what he handles at paragon, but he knew I was having reflux issues so he made some notes for primary care dr for me to get tested (Which he didn’t have to do since he is pain mgmt dr ) and now the ball is rolling ! So thank you dr fenzl...

In my opinion one of the worst Doctor's I have ever seen. Has no respect for his patients, nor do I think he's concerned about they're wellbeing. You are treated like cattle moving thru a run.He has a poor additude towards there problems, rude disrespectful. I will never recommend his service and will not return to his office.

This is the best pain management office in the county. Probably anywhere. The staff is wonderful, very helpful with any needs or issues you may have. Dr. B is amazing and I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a doctor and his ENTIRE staff to truly care about your needs. I LOVE THEM!!! They are truly the best... Thank you Paragon...

Being a recovering quadriplegic I've been to many doctors throughout the years. This is by far the best pain management doctor I've been to. Doctor actually cares about the patients and takes time to listen, where most do not. Staff is friendly and professional also. A+ Operation and well priced.
