We will only go with Cal Tech Mortgage! Used them on a couple of different occasions (home buy and refi). They are super knowledgeable about different options and will work with you to custom fit the best option with your personal goals. They are trust-worthy, friendly and responsive and made the process SO much easier than we have had in the past. Ending this like I started it: We will only go with Cal Tech Mortgage!
