Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Kapilina Beach Homes Greystar is not a great place to rent from. Just Google lawsuits against them to understand what type of rental company they are. Beware. Old run down Homes are rented but pictures online do not reflect what you will really be living in.

We loved the amenities as we searched around well before arriving. The beaches and access to the lovely, well kept amenities is what sold us on Kapilina. They have a nice dog park, beach for our dogs as well as having some privacy and space when we go. I really enjoy having our own Delish restaurant bar on the beach here that even people from other neighborhoods---come to enjoy! The menu is really good and the view even better. There are numerous activities to enjoy from Yoga on the beach to painting and mai tai's. I have not used the gym yet as I have been too busy outside enjoying this beautiful

My wife and I are staying for 3 months at the Kapilina homes. We have not been impressed and would never stay here again. The response time to getting answers to questions is at least 24-48 hours.
The pool is closed all day on Mondays and Thursday as well as holidays. There is no life guard on duty so it makes no sense. The answer is for COVID cleaning which makes no sense. The pool could easily be cleaner in the early morning and opened for use later in the morning. Instead it is closed for 2 full days a week. When closed, there are not people cleaning the area all day anyway. If they considered

Many pros to this community! The best is the service provided. Talking with the staff, is always helpful! The activities for the the family and kids...awesome. The amenities are often closed and housing is old but not a bad place at all. If you're able to look pass the few cons its a wonderful place to call home!!!!

We have had a great experience Leasing our new home. Johanna has gone above our expectations to help ensure that we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our new home. She checked in with us to make sure that everything has been going well with moving in. Any issues we have had with moving in, the entire team was on top of it to ensure everything was up to our standards. So far we absolutely love the neighborhood and are excited to live here.

The initial fun of all the amenities and proximity to the ocean are great. But you quickly realize how loud the neighborhood is, how outrageously high the electric bills are (without any real explanation of who to even talk to about it), and how cheaply made the apartments are, it is not worth the extremely high rent. During move out there are countless hidden fees they look to charge as well. Only worth it if you have no other options.

You really can't beat beach living, decent homes and the many amenities Kapilina offers to include on-site maintenance. My family and I have been here for 3 years and feel safe, if they ever sell homes I would snag one up in a heartbeat. Wednesday Night Market is unbeatable, live entertainment and seeing everyone enjoying is great.
The staff are always so friendly, Danielle is the best, she never refuses to assist me in anything I need. I'm glad she is part of the resident services team now.
