At GIVE Yoga, you'll find an experience for your mind as well as your body. You'll certainly feel the practice on a physical level, but you may be surprised at how much it uplifts your spirit. And when you practice with us, you'll see the positive influence the practice has in every area of your life.

By living this philosophy, we have created a movement. A group of like-minded people fixated on the strength of community and the potential in its alignment. That won't go away. It's important to us that everyone feels like this is a place to belong. We all come as we are and respect whatever that looks like.
Take a moment to pause for the ripening of summer. This practice will begin by moving the body slowly and intentionally through a flowing vinyasa sequence followed by longer-held and supported postures designed to calm our nervous systems. We will be serenaded by the clear and cascading sounds of Alix on the harp, lulling us into rest and ease.
GIVE Yoga's 200-Hour Yoga Training is an opportunity unlike any other. This all-encompassing regimen is designed with the spirit of GIVE in mind: unconditional sharing. We've successfully graduated more than 160 trainees from our past 200-hour Yoga Training programs. Back again and better than ever, Teach Your Heart Out is GIVE Yoga's own advanced training program.
We're grateful to have this space tucked in the heart of German Village - folks say it feels cozy, restful, curated, and full of industrial hygge. After requests from our community, it's time we share our space for your use. Restored brick walls and leather chairs huddled around an original fireplace, this two room space is ready for your small wedding, celebrations, spa sessions, private yoga, or swoon-worthy photoshoots.
You realize all you can really do on your mat. Find focus and clarity of mind, whether you're practicing virtually from home or in person at one of our studios. Express your individuality and discover your own unique version of imperfect perfection. We're proud of the way our community complements the practice.

I don’t recommend going to this yoga studio if you have never been before. They don’t take walk-ins they didn’t return their calls and the lady at the front desk was meaning to be nice but unapologetic about turning away someone who was in town wanting to practice yoga. I wished no worries but I would not come back. I recommend Go yoga.

Love the yoga classes. Felt a little offended when they spoke to me about my card not being up to date as if I was trying to get classes for free. I have been going to this studio for 5 years and have never had an issue. Perhaps it was the harsh interaction I had with one woman in particular. Hope that they work on their customer service and don't continue to give unnecessary attitude at give yoga.

Attended classes on and off over the last decade. I'm not particularly athletic or great at yoga (I did say on and off!). So love that I still find a lot of options throughout the week for a beginner. There are usually a fairly diverse group in my classes. The instructors are outstanding, hospitable. They seem to have very different styles, so try a few. I was raised in a faith background that doesn't practice yoga, and I think the classes would feel accessible to people from any spiritual background.
A few tips: I prefer yoga at room temp, so I filter the schedule by rooms that aren't heated

One of the best studios I've been to and certainly the best I've been to in Columbus. I've been practicing there ~2-3 times per month for several months now and I leave impressed after every single visit. I've been to classes with at least 5 different teachers and they each have a unique style that keeps lessons fresh and exciting. The studio is also very well-kept and extremely clean. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming as well. Prices are very fair. Parking isn't an issue as they are located near the corner so there's always plenty of spots on the side street.

I love Balanced Yoga! I am currently doing the 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $25 (SO AFFORDABLE!) This lets me try a few different classes a week and make sure I like the classes and instructors before signing on to a monthly/yearly contract. I am new to yoga so have been taking some slow flow classes and I LOVE THEM. Highly recommend Hot Rise and Shine with Andy, a perfect way to start the morning. I also love Restorative in the evenings with Colleen- her chanting at the end of class gives me all the feels. I also really like that they have a phone app where you can easily find the schedules

I recently did the two week $25 Unlimited Pass and fell in love with Balanced Yoga. I was, and am, still new to the world of Yoga, only taking 1-2 classes a week for the last few months at OSU. I had enjoyed it so much I decided to step into a real studio and experiment with different styles and classes and am so glad I did. The space itself is wonderful -- you instantly feel lighter, and more centered and everyone is so nice. Cait at the front desk knew my name without looking up my account, and I had only talked to her in passing maybe once. I was so impressed and it made me feel even more at
