Setting Directions, and/or Working on Physical and Mental Issues that are not medical problems or have been categorized as ones you 'just have to live with'.

In the traditional Indian system of medicine and in yoga the body/mind is brought back into balance through a variety of physical and emotional shifts using yoga poses or stretches, dietary changes including the addition of healing teas and spices, breathing techniques to regulate the nervous systems, and the like. The first session of 90 minutes is to create a Sadhana practice based on the client's particular needs.
Classes at YWB are not only about the physical workout. A committed yoga practice at YWB will create a healthy and spiritual balance. Each class is different, being designed by each instructor's own unique experiences, training, and personality. We invite you to be open to the possibilities of your practice, and to the balance it brings to your entire being.
Yoga has slowly, subtly changed my way of thinking, my attitudes, my life objectives, and my health and spirit. I grew up in India, in the Himalayan Mountains, in the old summer capital of the British Colonials when they ruled India. Living 8,000 ft. up in the mountains, my education was from the West with Irish Nuns in a convent school.
Our studio is located inside Fourth Avenue Christian Church, on the northwest corner of Neil and 4th Avenues. Please enter through the small door off the parking lot on the north/Neil Ave. There is plenty of street parking and there are several small parking lots in the vicinity. Arrive on time, at least ten minutes before class time.
850/SF newly renovated space with a beautiful hardwood floor is available for rent by the hour for events when not in use by our yoga studio. It would be appropriate for dances and rehearsals, meetings, parties, musical events, and more. We are located in a historic Victorian Village church (up three flights of easy stairs) with a parking lot and ample street parking.

I had no experience with Reiki sessions prior to my first session with Sipra. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable and it ended up being an incredible experience. Over 90 minutes, Sipra was able to connect with my energy fields and see visuals and colors related to my past, present, and future. I felt exhausted afterwards, but could feel a positive change in myself and my energy just a few days later. I felt more balanced and more focused. I have since been back several times when I've felt out of balance and will continue to return!

I love this studio. All classes are small groups and everyone is welcoming and friendly. It is a great feeling of community. I have attended three different classes led by three different instructors and they were all great!

I also had a Reiki session with Sipra and it was amazing. Wonderful and calming environment. I felt amazing when I was done. It was all a really meaningful experience that I look forward to repeating!

All of the yoga classes provide a very personalized experience, addressing each participant's needs that day. I never feel as if the class has been pre-programmed or static. Each one is different depending on attendance. ( this includes the virtual classes during the pandemic)

I've been on the hunt for Kundalini yoga in Columbus. This class exceeded my expectations. Everything from the kind, welcoming vibes from the instructor to the energy from the community that made up this class, was a fresh breath of air compared to the more corporate-like gym feeling you generally get from studios in this city.

Trying to put into words what yoga well being means to me isn’t an easy task. I have been attending classes for a little over a year and a half now. Yoga Well Being is definitely a studio that is dedicated to your whole well being. I couldn’t be more pleased with the growth I’ve had physically, emotionally and spiritually. Sipra is a beautiful soul full of light, love and knowledge. All the instructors are carefully selected to ensure the true knowledge and respect of yoga is taught to students. Please do yourself a favor and come. Start with one class a week and stick with it. You won’t

I've been coming here for three years. Great yoga studio with many knowledgeable teachers. All classes are adaptable for your level of yoga whether it's mods to make a pose easier or harder. Teachers will also help you personally and check in to see what you need out of class at the beginning.

This is what yoga feels like at its best - wisdom, release, and effort. Practicing for over 5 years has led me all around Columbus searching for a studio with warm (but tough!) teachers, a variety of classes, and a curriculum that challenges not only my body but my mind. I know myself and my body, and I know the way to step up my practice now is to have teachers that both challenge me and who help empower me to respect my own self-wisdom. Yoga Well Being actually has that - it's a diamond in the rough. The classes are energizing, deeply relaxing, and always welcoming. I'm so happy to have found

I was nervous and intimidated about trying yoga for the first time, but Sipra creates a welcoming, family atmosphere and tailors each class to the developmental needs of each participant in the class. I’ve gone 8 times now and love it. Even more importantly, Sipra took the time to learn about my lower back injury and she gives me personalized guidance in each class. My back feels better after yoga with Sipra than after any other exercise. Sipra teaches in such a way that she meets the needs of every person in class, whether a newbie like me or an advanced yogi, these classes are accessible to

In my first class I had no idea what to expect. It was an amazing and enlightening experience with a passionate and knowledgeable teacher. Sipra was amazing, and even though I had basically no knowledge of yoga or experience in it, I felt amazing the next day following my first session. You can't beat her price either, and they do everything they can to get feedback from everyone involved. It's a great community of people interested in learning about their body's potential.

While visiting Ohio to see a friend, the plans changed and I was in Columbus solo. I decided to attend a Yoga Well Being class and was immediately embraced by this amazing community. I took 3 wonderful classes that weekend before flying home. If I was a native Columbus resident, this would 100% be my yoga studio - not only for the classes but the community as well.

This is a real Columbus gem. I had to move away from the area, but I am sure to stop by the studio every time I return to town. A very holistic and well rounded practice that has the personal attention that is lacking in other studios.

I have been going to this studio for 6 months and the personalized attention, commitment to a holistic yoga experience, and peace of mind I gain from each session keep me coming back! At the beginning of each session Sipra asks what’s going on in our lives and it creates a small community where I can share my personal struggles as well as what I want to work on physically during the session. If you’re looking for a boutique yoga experience with an instructor who cares about the whole you, check out Yoga-Well-Being.

We stopped in for the free Thanksgiving class. As out of towners, we obviously we're not going to be repeat customers. However, we were still given great instruction and tended to individually. I can't speak highly enough of the experience!

I've been to many different yoga classes over the years. Yoga Well Being is just exactly what I've been looking for. Every class is different, and Sipra asks each of us what we are working on at the beginning of class. She then builds the class with us in mind. I feel good after I leave, and that feeling lasts all day. I move more comfortably, and can tell my body is sorting itself out. This is holistic yoga, focusing on mind, body and health. Highly recommend!!!

I bought a Groupon package to this place a little over a year ago, and I was way nervous because I hadn't done yoga in a while and my previous experiences with yoga made me feel totally incapable of ever making it through a class without ending up in child's pose for the last half hour praying for a swift death. This place is totally different! Sipra's flagship class is amazing, and truly every class is different. Each person gets a chance to speak at the beginning of class and she tailors each class to work on what everyone wants to work on, be it a sore low back or anxiety.

I got a deal from Groupon and I have been to several yoga studios. In this one, there was no reception or anyone asking me about the class number. The owner is a very demanding old woman who thinks she is always right. She also likes to order people around in a very bossy tone which made me extremely uncomfortable. She also made a mistake about the my records but I did everything they required. But she constantly blamed me that I did not show them enough info. When she finally realized it was her or their mistake, she got very impatient saying she did not know how to change it in the system. Also

I will not go back to Yoga-Well-Being. Had a Living Social coupon discount. I cannot provide a compliment on something when I didn't have the experience that was identified on the website. My advice...don't ask opinions if you don't want the truth. It is not okay to insult someone in front of others. Especially when you didn't listen to their comments. Not impressed with your company.

I have been attending Sipra's Well being Yoga class for about 8 months. She and the class are absolutely wonderful!!! Her in depth knowledge of yoga and general health are truly amazing. I feel rejuvenated both body and mind after attending her class. She has such a way of drawing you in to concentrate on living in the now moment and being aware of where you are this moment in time. Her vast knowledge allows her to tailor each class to her students current needs. I should mention I am 7 months pregnant and she is able to giver modification moves to include me in the class. I first joined Sipra's studio last year on a groupon deal. I've been hooked ever since! I attend once a week, and although I know I would get even better results coming more, I still feel that it really impacts my life. I have been learning to appreciate each moment, and to live IN the moment! My anxiety has greatly improved over the past year as well. I would definitely recommend this studio! Come to strengthen both your body and your mind! Make sure if you are feeling anything other than perfect you mention it at the beginning of class. Sipra makes an effort to try and heal any discomfort

I have been coming to Sipra's yoga classes for a few months. What I really love is the relaxed atmosphere, her interest in each person as an individual, and that each class is tailored to the people in attendance. There is a varied schedule that anyone should be able to fit into their life. Sipra has each person introduce themself and what they are having problems with or would like to focus on. Throughout the class you can tell that she listened and changes the poses accordingly. She is also excellent about remembering names and giving you personal feedback. The only thing I wish is

Sipra officially began Yoga-Well-Being over a year ago but I have been taking her classes since 2009. She is a great instructor with many years of experience. Each class is unique and she builds it around what the participants need that day. I have worked through long term medical issues that have cleared up do to stretching and strengthening. It is a whole mind and body experience. She has taught me techniques that I use every day to clear my mind and focus on what is important in my life. I am now going 3 or 4 times a week and feel great.
