I love Bliss Body Yoga for their amazing outdoor classes at the NCMA. It was tough to find places that were Covid-safe in the pandemic, and the times I went to their art museum classes I was at peace.
Karley led us through a wonderful flow that left me feeling as if I was on vacation. The birds chirping in the background created some lovely ambience and I was happy to have some lovely artwork to look at as I stood in eagle pose.
Highly recommend checking out her class! Looking forward to others.

There are so many options and even during these unique times, I can find a variety of options that suit my needs. The team is responsive and always helpful with questions you have and their instructors all thoughtful and excellent. Would recommend this studio to anyone!

Bliss offers so many options. There are a lot of different classes and instructors to choice from and I've enjoyed all the classes I've taken. In this time of Covid, Bliss has also introduced Livestream and On-Demand classes in addition to In-Studio sessions! I truly appreciate having these options available.

Seriously, Bliss Body is the best place for yoga in Raleigh especially for beginners! It is a wonderful community of diverse people. They offer a wide variety of classes and schedules to fit everyones busy lives! Also, the website is so easy to navigate and build your own scheduled classes and very flexible on cancellation if needed. It's a very laid back judgement free environment and the perfect place to grow!

I did a first-comer monthly $50 special. It's awesome since you can participate in a session as much as you want. All the instructors here are amazing and make you leave the place stress-free. I loved their flow yoga and restorative sessions. Oh and the Yoga nidra was fantastic! if you have an chance you should def try it! It's simply amazing.

I was really excited to try this place out after hearing glowing reviews from a friend. I purchased my drop-in online and even drove from Morrisville, but unfortunately couldn't find the entrance in time before class begun. For those who haven't been to the studio, the entrance is on the opposite side of the shopping center, facing the street. Sadly, I wasn't able to attend (or get a refund) since they don't permit late walk-ins, but I hope posting this review will prevent other first-timers from having a similar experience.

I'm a big fan of Bliss Body Yoga! Parking is generally pretty east since their location allows multiple parking lot options. They are located towards the front of the plaza so you can see them from the street, but not from the parking lot. They are in the same block with The Oak and Vic's. The studio itself is open and airy. It is only one big room so if you come in late you are out of luck or if you come too early you may be distributing the previous class. I like that the studio has high ceilings and modern lights, gives you something interesting to look at.

I recently purchased a 1 month unlimited pass for new students an attended my first class today. I am already thrilled with my purchase and have signed up for 6 classes over the next week and a half. I attended the Lunch Yoga Flow with Meg and was pleasantly surprised to find a challenging, but not overwhelming flow. Meg was extremely attentive to all of the students, spoke clearly, and consistently moved through the studio offering personalized best practices. Because it was my first time I was a little anxious ( I have pretty severe anxiety ) but the vibe was great and it didn't take very

Bliss Body Yoga is not located too close to me but I searched all around the area to find some sort of " beginner series" and it was the only place I could find with what I was looking for. I am SO happy that I chose it! The beginner series consists of an 8 week curriculum that teaches you all the fundamentals and basics to get you going with your yoga practice. There is a schedule on their webpage that gives you details on the curriculum and what you learn about each week.

Just started going to Bliss Body Yoga after I moved to Raleigh for the summer, and I have to say I LOVE this place! I've been to six or seven classes there in the past few weeks and every instructor has been wonderful. The Lunch Yoga and Flow classes are great - the perfect combination of relaxing and toning that I want from a yoga class. I even took my mom and sister here when they visited (and they are not very experienced with yoga), but they really enjoyed the Basic Flow class. I want to try to Sunrise Yoga class next... I love the variety of times and classes that Bliss Body offers! They

Loved the free midnight yoga class on NYE at Bliss Body! Nancy was a great instructor that provided a challenging but do-able class. I felt great afterwards and glad to have brought the New Year in with a healthy and peaceful activity. The studio is just beautiful, and VERY clean! No weird odors and dirty props. I knocked off a star because it had a little too much of the *culturally awkward* things that some yoga studios tend to have.

Bliss is a very welcoming yoga studio right off of Lake Boone Trail. It's a shame I didn't check out this studio earlier when I lived nearly in walking distance but oh well I'll be back now.
I use ClassPass and have heard some great things about Bliss. I came to one of their Sunday evening classes after seeing one of my favorite yoga instructors teaches here.
The studio is very bright with cool lighting on the ceiling. It's smaller then I thought originally but there was still plenty of room at the class I came too. It's definitely one of the smaller studios in town

So I'm going to write a review specific to prenatal yoga. I highly recommend this class (but perhaps after your first trimester if you're queasy because there are a decent amount of downward dogs). I would also like to point out that at least being familiar with a few basic poses beforehand such as downward dog, warrior 1 & warrior 2 will help. They do a great job of demonstrating and guiding though so you shouldn't be too nervous about it honestly. The class was very well paced and I was surprised how my energy levels ebbed and flowed during class.

I have attended the Prenatal yoga classes at Body Bliss for the past 10 or so Saturdays and it has become the highlight of my week. It is an excellent blend of high energy and restorative poses perfectly suited to the changing bodies of pregnant ladies. I always leave feeling strong and refreshed for my week. There are so many things expectant mamas can learn from a yoga practice, from learning to breath through pain to overcoming mental road blocks and finding peace even while your body is working hard. These classes are an excellent reminder of all these things and offer women the rare chance

Bliss Body is becoming one of my favorite yoga studios in the NC Triangle area. I like the variety of times they offer and flow of the classes. All of the teachers are very attentive and offer great advice and provide alternative moves for any level. Some of the classes can get crowded especially after work and 11:15 am classes on the weekends, but I can always find a spot.
