110 Yoga was created to honor traditional vinyasa while also modernizing elements of the physical practice for today's world. We specialize in sequences built around alignment, core, functional poses and transitions. Our sequences are designed to be a complimentary modality for all other things our bodies do - walking, running, jumping, swimming, weight lifting, cycling, life, etc.
We value strength and stability, not just flexibility, in all of our movements. We focus on stability for multiple reasons. One of those is that a stable body helps eliminate the feeling of being "tight". Often, we feel tight because something in our body is weak and something else is compensating.

If you are a mover you must try a class at 110!! The instructors find a unique way to use concise ques over inspiring music to guide students through dynamic and challenging sequences. 110 provides the space to get lost in the flow and connect the breath, mind, and body.
Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. The studio is always spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities.

I have been going to 110 on and off for years and every time I’ve visited this spot I’ve been treated with kindness and respect. The owner is so one of the strongest teachers I’ve ever met. Many of the teachers from all around Raleigh have taught here at one point or another because the owner has been at the heart of the Raleigh yoga scene for as long as I can remember. I recommend this place anyone new to yoga or new in the area. Go see it for yourself and take Christina’s or Rachel’s class. You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend 110 to anyone looking for a great hot yoga experience! I am new to yoga and Cristina made me feel so welcome! The classes are challenging but easy to keep up with if you are not familiar with all of the poses. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained and everyone is so kind!

I just tried the hot core flow class at 110 Yoga. I am brand new to hot yoga, so felt a bit uncomfortable trying it for the first time. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, which helped to put me at ease. The locker room and studio were both very clean. The instructor did a fantastic job of giving clear instructions at every step. Overall, the class was challenging but quite good. I will definitely return!

I absolutely love this studio. The instructors are all fantastic and they do more than just guide - they actually instruct. Unlike many yoga classes/studios, they focus heavily on proper alignment to ensure you get everything you can out of a flow, as well as avoid potential injuries. Each instructor has a different feel to it - some lead their classes in a meditative way, others are more intense and focus on the physical aspect. No matter what you're in the mood for, they have a class for you!
