We moved in about a month ago and are very happy with it so far. The community is fantastic (quiet, clean, friendly), a lot better than our last place in Akron. We had a few maintenance issues right off the bat with the sink but they sent someone over to fix it in a just a few days. The only complaint is the difference in temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. It's definitely very drafty downstairs because of the door and windows, but we just put on a hoodie and start a fire and we're fine. Very pet friendly as well. We love taking our dogs on walks around the property, and can't wait

Although the rent is a bit pricey, I do love all the benefits of living here. I’m a strong believer that you pay for what you get. As a result, I get 24 hour access to a workout room, quick response to maintenance issues, plowed driveways and walkways during the winter months, free access to the community center, excellent admin staff in the office, and my packages are always secured when delivered. Grateful for all the little accommodations that are often taken for granted. I feel as if I live in a safe community and that is of great value to me.

The window locks have never been addressed. I put a pin lock in place but it is not secure enough. The window does not close all the way, leaving a gap of over a 1/2 inch for cold air to come in. The door has been “fixed” on 5 occasions to which I alway have to place another request because it has never been properly repaired. For the high rent I pay, I would expect much better maintenance and living conditions.

Been here for 1 month and it has been great so far. The community is calm and pleasant. Leasing Office people are exceptionally warm. Service requests are immediately solved. My only concern is the small things that make the apartment aren't of great quality - faucets, door knobs, window blinds, etc. I would rather say I am disappointed with their quality although service requests are immediately followed up on.

This place was amazing and I'm sorry I moved. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team was usually fast and efficient, and if they forgot something they were quick to fix it after a short call. The loft apartments are tricky to keep warm in the winter but the fireplace helps a lot. If it's a major issue to you then you shouldn't be in a loft in the first place -- but they have units without the loft ceiling, too.
The neighborhood is AMAZING! I loved going for walks through the parkway. If you have a dog this place is absolutely perfect! I highly recommend.

Stop right there! You’ve been looking at dozens AND dozens of apartments. All you care about is the inside and the amenities second. Everyone has a pool. Everyone has a gym.
My criteria: spacious one bedroom with den/study, modern, in-suite washer/dryer, parking included
When I moved to the Cleveland area this past July, I looked at places with the word “Luxury” and never truly felt it. I went on a tour with Gabby and immediately fell in love with the area and townhome itself. They’ve done a good amount of renovations on them.
