Look elsewhere to rent an apartment. Things are not fixed timely. No one is accountable for the maintenance that is needed. The managers never last that long. Had issues with the AC working the entire time and even when they installed a supposedly new AC, it still didn't work and was installed incorrectly. There are roaches. They wrote the rent increase incorrectly and refused to correct it, then advised that there would not be an increase the next time due to the error, but then still increased the rent. Lived there for almost 2 years and was charged a ridiculous amount for so called repairs that

We moved to California 3 years ago and found a 1 bedroom apartment here at Las Haciendas. The ad said rent was $1095/mth, but the manager charged us $1245 for the tiny little apartment. During our 2nd week here, a sewer truck blocked our parking space so we parked in the office spot. Our car was towed and we paid nearly $400 to retrieve it.
By the end of our 1st year, at least two of our neighbors had been stabbed by relatives and a swat team had spent most of a night surrounding an apartment next to the manager's office.

This place is really not good for living i moved in couple months ago i wish i didnt waste my money and time in this place the reason why is you will never be able to sleep from 8am-10pm the automotive repair and the kids are evils so load screaming all day and night. the washing machine been using by homeless every night . no parking spot you will need to park your car a few blocks away . the apt manager dont fix anything our bathroom and the kitchen locked i told her so many times still not fixed i had to do it my self . this place the worst place i have ever lived
