Stayed there three weeks ago and cannot get them to give me my $100 incidental fee back. They claim they can't find that I was there. I was, and it's a total s***hole. Disgusting, smells, old crusty blankets, the pool is covered over with what looks like roof tiles even thought it's advertised they have a pool. I've called a ton of times and every great once in a while they actually answer only to tell me they don't know where my paperwork is. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else because this place is ghetto. There's no attendant at Crimson you have to go next

Looks nothing like it's pictures, at least since COVID hit. There are no fridges or microwaves, and the sink sprays water everywhere. Supposedly offers breakfast but doesn't, and the wifi is so slow my cellular data is better. At least in this room, the bathroom fan screams bloody murder and the toilet can barely flush. There is no pool like it says it has- it was filled up and all the pathways through the hotel smell like a dumpster. The parking garage is open to the street (easy to be robbed) and filled with trash. Hotel clients have to go across the street and to a different hotel

Sent to sister hotel "the wave" to check in. Took upwards of 45 minutes to check in. Had to give us two different rooms because the other was dirty. Broken tile on the floor of shower, stain on the sheets on one of the beds, someone kept screaming bloody murder all night and running up and down the halls, door looked like it had been kicked in, there was an adjoining room door that would not lock or fully shut so we put the desk in front of it, towel had hair dye on it, shower never got hot and if you turned it to where it should get hot it shut itself off. Another long wait to check

Do not stay here. We chose this hotel because it was cost-efficient and located near things we had planned to do. Upon arrival, we requested an early check-in. We were told by the rude front desk lady that there would be a fee. As we looked around, the place was completely empty, so it was a bit of a shocker to hear that we couldn't check in early.
When we do finally get to our room, the place is a mess. The headboards on the bed frames are dirty and the room smelled like smoke. Not to mention, the shower did not have any hot water. And to top it all off, the room numbers are scribbled on

I been staying the crimson hotel for more then a week an half no one has come and clean the room at all. I called plenty of times they said they will come and no one ver came. The room was already nasty! My family and I got this room for 2 weeks with a room of 3 beds! The place is disgusting and the service is horrible too!!!

Don't bother coming here! Book somewhere else! Room doors don't open went back and forth the office 3 different times and then they switched my room to a room I didn't even book, didn't have a fridge, sink was completely clogged, no breakfast either as stated online. Crappy place to stay at for $100 a night

The management has a lot of shortcomings especially from the housekeeeping department. We requested for rOom cleaning and I even left a note- requesting them to change the sheets because they didnt do it the other day. I noticed that because the stains were still there:(

We are locals and we were exited to take a Stay- vacation with the kids and had plans to visit a local hotel with a pool and jacuzzi. The kids packed their bags with excitement. They were going to go to a different place with a pool and jacuzzi! The giggles and laughter filled the air! The room was spacious... the layout of the room was great. The staff was nice. However the jacuzzi was murky, a little yellow/green and absolutely gross! The staff told me that the "ph levels were fine according to the pool guy!" I asked them to replace the water in the jacuzzi, , but management said

Nice people at the front desk! But there's a plumbing issue with some of the rooms that makes it smell like a sewer! They were nice enough to switch our room to another room but the new room doesn't have hot water it does have warm water but it just doesn't get hot enough!

Stayed at the Crimson Hotel for 3 nights total. Everything was going...okay until the third night. I got back to the hotel around 7pm (after being out and about for 8 or so hours) and when I got to my hotel room, the door was LEFT OPEN, the bed was stripped, and everything was a mess. What I was told, was that the maid service was used from an agency and must have left the door open. All my stuff was in the room and they left the door open!!!! Thankfully, nothing was taken, but just thinking about what could have happened was horrible. The staff switched my room and apologized and said management

I was pleased! They wouldn't let us check in early but when the room given to us had a dirty toilet they gave us a bigger, better room for our 7 person party.
I haven't gotten my refund of my $100 deposit yet but I just checked out today.
GREAT location! Half an hour(pending traffic) to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Knotts Berry Farm.... we were not short of stuff to do!
Loved the heated pool and hot tub!
Great food nearby!

BED BUGS!!!!! If I could leave no stars I would. I am allergic to a bed bug bite actually so low and behold after falling asleep in the bed I awoke to frantic itching. I am COVERED in welts from the amount of bugs in this room. I found 2 in the bed and squished them. Sure enough, they were full of the blood they just drank out of me. Then upon closer searching we found SEVERAL on the walls of the hotel room. Since it was 2:00am we couldn't exactly find another place to stay so we went down and slept in the car until the following day. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Another 2 weeks has passed and I have still not heard anything from the manager of this hotel. I have called every day and left my name and number to get a call back. Today i took it upon myself to call The Wave hotel next door (sister company) and finally got through to Sergio's voicemail. Maybe someone will call me back soon or I can just find out who the owners are and we can talk then.

This place is more of a motel feel. Rooms seemed to have been recently renovated. But getting the management (although courteous) to take care of problems within the rooms, definitely needs some help. We rented 2 adjoining rooms with a bathroom each, and 1 shower had no hot water and within the 3 days we were there they could not even find time to get out to take a look at the problem. 1 day housekeeping didn't get to the room to clean it till 6pm. Even though we had been gone all day. We also found under garments from some previous guest. We won't stay here again if we can help it.

Our stay started with the front office not having our room ready. They left the front desk to go see if the room was finished. 15 minutes later they didn't have room keys so they had to go next door to get them. Our room passed the pool which was blue but the jacuzzi was a lime green color-gross. We got to our room, which was in the back corner of the hotel and found that our room had a window that looked out to a wall. Literally. The wall was 2 feet infront of the window. Stains on the sheets, furniture is Tattered, carpets are dirty along the edges and the size of the tv is extremely small

Great price for the hotel room and free parking which is a big plus! Hotel is in the process of remodeling so its very fresh inside. Room was clean and spacious. The fridge was off when we came so it took about 24 hrs to get cold, not so convenient since we had the food with us. Only one microwave for everyone to use. Receptionist ladies seemed to be lost at the check in process. Hot tub didn't work for the first half of our trip : (

Stayed here in 2014 for 10 days. Was fine then. Clean enough. Refrigerator, a room safe, microwave, table and chairs, a desk with chair, plenty of space for luggage and clothing, a pool and a courtyard, good lighting.A nice vanity and sink with plenty of light. Bath area clean.
Everything has changed for the worse. No refrigerator no microwave no table and chairs no desk chair no hangers no place for clothing or suitcases. Poor lighting. There are no lamps. The desk clerk said they were doing away with lamps. There was lighting over the vanity but no lightbulbs. Everything has been stripped
