We confirm! It’s NOT AN HOTEL ANYMORE. They do have a website (on which we made the booking) and still referenced on Hotels.com but they are now renting flats to individuals! We learned that from Tim Smith, when we arrived from the airport tired of our trip… So we have to book another hotel, order a new Uber, not the more economic choice we made 😞 Now we just hope we will not be charged for this night (as we have done the payment online).

I arrived off a 20 hour flight at 940pm, and a guy told me "oh btw everything is cancelled you have to go elsewhere. They changed everything today." Wow.

DO NOT FOR THE LIFE OF YOU GO HERE. Beware. This place is NOT a hotel or hostel. Even though their website and hotels.com still allow you to reserve a room. They are no longer doing nightly rentals. I never once got any notifications about this until after my flight landed and after I spent $40 on a LYFT to take us to this “hotel”, that I get any indication telling me otherwise…
As we were in the Lyft, I called and left a message on the hotel answering machine wanting to make sure a late check in was ok and to please call me back. To which I got a text message saying “No reservation. We

Downtown El Segundo. Fire alarm beeps 24/7. Front door lock broken twice in 2 weeks. 3 toilets for 20 rooms was only once a shortage. Thoroughly cleaned daily. Hilly sidewalk to beach. Many expensive takeout food options, coffee shops and a 99 cent store nearby. I'd happily stay again. Beach Cities Transit bus 109 to LAX City Bus Center (Bay 5), Green Line or Shake Shack and Trader Joe's in Manhattan Beach in the other direction.

I stayed here for two weeks and it was clean, convenient, loved it, close to restaurants / bars and I could walk everywhere. It was a great place to call home for awhile.

Great service. Clean rooms. Reasonable pricing. Amenities are commensurate with pricing. Fun place for single youngsters on a budget. Close to beach and airport. Lots of trendy restaurants at reasonable pricing. Quick layover for me and a great experience.

This was an awesome place to stay for the night. I was in town for just one day and needed some place quick, easy and inexpensive and clean. This place was it! I arrived very early right when they first opened and while check in wasn't until 4, Jennifer was very nice and let me leave my bag and set me up for early check in at 11. Every room I went into was clean as a whistle. It smelled clean. There are shared bathrooms on each floor and to be honest, I only saw two other guests there during my stay (I heard others) so waiting or sharing the bathroom was never an issue. There is a refrigerator

Pros: nice looking hotel in an excellent town, El Segundo. It is clean and the rooms are very neat.
Cons: Only one bathroom for 10 rooms. The walls are paper-thin which means you can hear people walking down the hallway as well as taking showers and flushing the toilet.
Advise: It is a nice place to stay but do not stay in the room next to the toilet.

Would I stay here again? NO.
It's a really cute building. There is no parking, you have to park a block away, parking is bad! The inside reminded me of a dorm room, cute and small. There is NO restroom in the room! You have to share a toilet and a shower with everyone on your floor, it's about 8 rooms per floor. If you think about it, that's is like 2 people per room.. just gross. If I knew there was no restroom in the room, i would have never stayed here.
The walls are thin, you can hear everything, its horrible when your sleeping and can hear people walking the halls.
The staff is very kind
