A series of low body stretches, seated breath work, Upper body poses, cat cow, simple down dog and 1/2 sun salutations, relaxing Shavasana. 1 hour class. A super relaxing 45 minute class designed to bring ourselves back into balance and empty the stress that may be hidden in the body and mind from the day.
Includes concentrated breath work, head to toe stretches and Shavasana. A 90 minute yin yoga practice. Long deep floor poses provide the environment for profound muscle and connective tissue release. Students who practice yin should not have any existing joint injuries. Some experience and familiarity with yin basics is suggested.
