These people don’t care avout your well being. They don’t care about your safety. They don’t respond to any calls, emails or letters. They refuse to address issues. If you catch them in a lie they get angry. They seem to hire dunce assistance who think they are dealing with children. Just because we are your tenants, doesn’t give you the right to disregard our situation. There is a reason why everyone has the same thing to say about Terri and the others.

I moved out and they wanted $7500 in cleaning fees. Might I say I came into the property with the last tenants furniture and extremely dirty carpets and holes in the wall. The roof flooded when it rain which I gave them a video of and water bubbles in the wall from rain. The fixed nothing. I also moved in and have to tell them that the furnace was 17 years over the expiration date and needed to go. They also wanted me to pay $1500 in water bills? This company put me in collections without a court date or proof of any wrong doing

SCAM ALERT: As another reviewer mentioned before, this company takes in applications at a higher fee and decline applicants just to take their money. After you submit your application you have to hound them to get information. We were denied for a property we were over qualified for and the reason they gave us was that they went with another applicant. A week later we noticed the ads were never removed, called and they told us the place was still available. When we told them we had applied and they told us they had already rented the unit they stumbled and told us it was our credit... we have excellent

I was a little skeptical about renting from this company because of the reviews but I had to find an apartment quickly because of airlines shutting down (beginning of covid). I have been renting an apartment from Integrity Property Management for almost a year now and they are extremely EFFICIENT. NARA is GREAT, she helped me look at different properties and made the leasing process easy. whenever I have a concern or a MAINTENANCE request I get HELP IMMEDIATELY. So Integrity Property Management decides to change the online company that tenants use to pay their rent and fails to communicate this to their tenants...who made that executive decision? Pendejo. All of us tenants out here trying to pay our rent and are unable to do so. I call Integrity and ask what's going on with the site, they say oh we changed our company as of December. And you didn't think you should notify your tenants of this change?? Just wow, poor management. Someone said they can't even find their property address on the new site.

The only good thing about this company is NARA. Talk to Nara if you’re renting from this company, here is why. Nara is super nice and practical and honest agent, you report a problem and she’s on top of it, even tho she’s not the field manage. However, the field manager Ryan that was assigned for my region, we have not ever seen him at all not even once during our stay. We had parking violations issue and some other maintenance issues and to be honest Nara did her best but other field related job is Ryan’s duty and Ryan never answered his phone calls or voicemails. DO NOT rent with integrity property management. Probably the worst management I have ever dealt with. I have videos of sewage spilling out of the wall and nothing being done about it until I reported them to the LA county department of health. They also will spend as little money as possible on their property while taking as much as they can out of your deposit and will keep jacking up rent (repainted a studio and told me it was remodeled). Please save yourself the headache and never rent from integrity. Teri is also very unprofessional, I was on hold for 20 min while they tried to figure out how

No one EVER gets back to us. No one. We've been living in the same unit for over a year now. Voice mails, e-mails, phone calls. When the receptionist does pick up it's either "he's in the field" or "she's out having lunch" no matter what time in the day. At least get back to your tenants!
@photos - I've left an email twice already regarding this "no smoking" policy. There is a plaza in the midst of the units where women smoke regularly.
