Absolutely garbage management. If you enjoy fighting with a landlord over simple things, having a smoke shop in the apartment (making it smell like cigars, with loud customers, AND they put notices out like it was the tenants fault), mail stolen, and overpriced small spaces then this dump is for you.

Great experience for the price range!
I work in commercial real estate analytics and have seen the inflation in rent across the city over the past 5 years. I've lived at 1709 E Clay St for a year and half now and not only can I say the rent is very reasonable but also the property management company is responsive and will work with you should you have any issues. Never had any major issues w/maintenance as far as timeliness and professionalism goes (obviously during moving season they're a bit busier but the longest I've waited for anything to be fixed is 2/3 days after submitting requests). I'm happy @ my unit off E C st. 2 years strong, and will make it a 3rd year. For what's included, the price and sense of security Honestly I feel safe and love it here. Sometimes parking can be annoying, but it just tells you that people like being in their homes =) Adam is amazing, and professional, i adore him. Maintenance team are outstanding, professional, courteous and safe. I was going to ask if I could borrow a ladder, then saw one @ Home Depot for 59 bucks, haha! I get everything I'd want and need. I hope your new home is just as cool. xoxo

I love living here. The apartments are really well built with beautiful wood floors and good sound insulation so I don't here my neighbors at all. Management is always super quick to respond to emails or voicemails and they're a very dog friendly apartment complex. All in all its been amazing living here so far.

I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. I left a message and the call was returned by what sounded like a 19 year old druggie Friday evening. Still I looked past it and we started discussing details. I was told they were only interested in signing a 4 month lease. Okay, now there are some serious red flags but I only need a place for a short time anyway. By Monday I was completely blown off. I was sent a short text, "II change my mind." After reminding him that we spoke on Friday I was told "Don't ever contact me again."

Lived at 208 for 2 years. Maintenance is great and very responsive. Move-in process and lease was pretty easy and loved the actual layout of my 2-bedroom apartment. Please remember, the brick walls look cool, but they have their issues. The paint is cheap and often will literally fall off the walls and create white dust on concrete floors. Oh, and spiders! Spiders LITERALLY LIVE IN THE BRICK WALLS. They are small and don't cause much issue but its kind of gross. No issues with plumbing or electricity other than a little bit of issue with dishwasher.

I've been here 3 years. This place would be alright if any of the issues would be fixed. I've had my bike stolen from the basement when the side door the building was neglected for months and anyone could open it. They didn't care, no bike rack installed, no security cameras. I've had 6 packages stolen from the foyer. They didn't care, no security cameras or suggestions. The coin operated clothes dryers in the basement barely dry; no word about it. The AC/Heating units routinely stop working in the winter; maintenance says "turn the breaker on and off and it sometimes works". No long-term fix in

My fiancé and I have lived at 2906 W Clay for almost two years. The maintenance team responds by the next business day, and usually issues are resolved when I get home. The building is fairly quiet, and the tenants are friendly. Ben worked with us when we moved from one apartment to another earlier this year. The office staff tries to help where they can. I am relocating due to a job change but I am very happy with the company and the property. Thanks.

This is the worst property management I have ever encountered. They are greedy and unfriendly and they obviously do not care about their residents. There is mold in their properties and their solution is to paint over it. DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM!
