The entire team and staff are amazing Brianna and faculty. Are super nice and welcoming. This is amazing the rooms and living space is super comfortable. I would highly recommend. It’s very peaceful. Everyone is very helpful. I love Oak Meadows and Faculty!

Ms. Leslie and Ms. Brianna and Johnathon are great. They are polite and really take an interest in us and our community. The only thing is Maintenance needs help and carpet cleaning again would be nice and using the gym afterhours.

Amazing area for cheap too! And by far the best landlords/management I've ever had (or met)! Especially Brianna! My gf and I were in a hurry to find a new place before our previous apartment lease was up. And she helped us in a very speedy and organized application process to expedite our moving in! Literally bending over backwards for us! Not to mention the neighborhood is nice and clean! And theres so.much convenience near by of stores, schools, gas stations etc! Best place weve lived!

I’ve lived here over a year and loved it. it’s my first apartment. The office staff is amazing ! including leslie and brianna . I recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice quiet neighborhood in cocoa.

I Give this place 5 stars and recommend oak meadows as a great first home. Brianna the front desk receptionist here at oakmeadows may as well be the angel in your life story. Already knowing she has a ton of people to work with, she took the time to make sure I could become a new member of the community here. She will gather a lot of information, trust the process and be patient. Be qualified, read terms carefully before applying. I love my patio

Leslie & Brianna are great! Very personable & always a pleasure to work with. Any time I have questions or concerns they can assure me that can assist me and answer my questions. They are also always on top of sending out any updates or notifications about upcoming changes within a timely manner!

The staff is great and whenever we have a problem with our apartment the staff is there to accommodate as soon as possible. Leslie and Brianna are alway courteous and warm to me and my mom. We just adore them. Johnthan is always kind whenever he comes to the house to repair something.

My experience with the staff has been a pretty good experience. When I needed help they were there to help me with whatever maintenance issues I was having or problems with my rent not to mention they were very friendly to me and my family.
