If I could give them no stars I most definitely would. My cousin and I had nothing but issues with apartment complex first they lost our rent checks and then made us give them more money from losing the first checks and then a week later call us to tell us they found it under paperwork in the office. Secondly, we had a air conditioning unit that kept leaking which we had to get maintenance to come fix all the time. Thirdly, as it’s time to move out they decide to use our security deposit to get new carpet in the apartment when the carpet was left in PERFECT CONDITION. As females living in a 2

Everything about this community was top notch from the day I toured with Allen Ellis (who was promoted within the property management company to another location during my tenancy) to the day I checked out with Peter, everything was stellar. Highly recommend this property for short or long term rental.

Terrible experience. Overpriced. Cheap incomplete facelift, exposed nails in floorboards etc. incomplete flooring and cabinetry. Garbage in green smelly fountain areas and pond regularly, turtles and natural habitat become entangled (sad). Pool and Jacuzzi gross. Molded areas. Smoking and drug use allowed on premises even by staff. Management will be nice when marketing initially. Once you move in be prepared to deal with roaches, dirty corridors, no elevator, poorly recycled appliances and lighting that malfunction regularly. My boyfriend and I moved in Dec 2019 and have recently renewed our lease. The staff are incredible and the renovations are gorgeous! When you enter into the gates of Tuscany you are greeted by a smile from the security guard (one on duty 24/7), beautiful landscaping, sun bathing turtles, and more! Not to mention the well thought out community events from food trucks to recognizing resident birthdays. Moved in a few weeks ago and am very impressed! The management seem like nice, hardworking, and personable people. The complex is very nice, and has a gate with a guard 24/7, so it feels very safe. Location is awesome, with relatively quick access to the highway or the beach. The units are nice, and quiet. Parking is plentiful. No complaints whatsoever!

We were ready to sign our lease and we got a phone call from our realtor stating that our closing date moved three weeks later the same day. Alexa and management was able to work with us and accommodate our move in date. It was a blessing. They were polite and understanding. I couldn’t believe they held our exact same apartment due to this issue.

I love everything about living here! The staff is always so nice and helpful when I need them. I LOVE the walking trail too. My dog gets his exercise every day that way! I am also very happy that the property has updated almost everything including the parking lot. It's for sure the place to be! 🤩

Beautiful apartments with interiors I've personally seen replicated in award winning luxury homes. Onsite management and maintenance staff make you feel like family and jump quickly and professionally to complete any service request. Great place to live... Bonus is the pool, the gym, the newly landscaped grounds and raw nature preserve make you feel like you are on vacation

I respectfully differ from any [reviously listed negative reviews. I had been a resident of this community since May of this year and can attest of the many positives of living in this community.
I would like to Commend the Community Manager Mrs. Jeanette Gonzalez for directing and coordinating the daily operations of this complex. Jeanette has been able to manage a complex which is undergoing major renovations and successfully has been able to sustain a quality product for all residents and potential residents. The renovated units are in no way hindering the living and community

The thing that annoys me the most about these apartments is the fact that I can place a maintenance request on June 24th about my fridge leaking and having a huge crack on the back of the bottom of my shelf, check on the request once every week and the third week being told that there wasn't a request put in.
Well now my freezer feels the same temp as the fridge portion and I've gotten sick from making a normal dinner because the fridge isn't maintaining a safe temp.
So there goes my $100 worth of groceries and the fact that I can't make fresh meals at home or plan for lunches

Apartments are not worth what they are asking. The layout is less than optimal in this area. They are trying to charge premium price for dated apartments. They also have a $160 required cable package that does not include internet. There are other apartments in the area that are better priced and organized. Also, while visiting a resident was in the office negotiating a better price. He sounded as if there were a large number of maintenance problems that they are slow to fix. In general the grounds seem dated and they over value and price their apartment. New lease seekers be wary.

We have been living at Via Tuscany for almost 2 months now. We only have good things to say about this place. We were welcomed warmly by the wonderful staff. Love everyone in the office. The maintenance people are so helpful, skilled and very nice. All employees work really hard to make it comfortable for everyone. My kids love it here too. And the landscaping and surroundings are beautiful! I really don't get why people gave this place a bad rating. We are truly enjoying ourselves and have no complaints at all! Keep up the great work Via Tuscany staff! Love you all! And I wrote this review

This place is horrible. First of all, the office manager dresses in extremely inappropriate outfits. Second, the quality of the people they rent apartments to is horrible. My downstairs neighbor screams and yells profanities all day long and her dogs bark all day as well. I have mentioned this to the office manager and nothing was done about it. They are not strict about their policies at all which leads to very poor living conditions. It is impossible for me to find a parking spot close to my building because people park their trailers in the close parking spots. Overall, I cannot wait for my

Don't waste your time renting at Via Tuscany Apartments in Viera!!!!!!!! Do not plan on getting your deposit back even if the place is in the EXACT same condition when you moved in!!!!!! The maintanence is horrible! they only focus on the outdoor look (which is nice) but will completely ignore any indoor issues you may have, like broken dish washer, broken garbage disposal, cracks in the ceiling due do rowdy kids upstairs that ran back and forth every day starting at 6am that sounded like a herd of buffalo, broken overhead lights due to people upstairs, broken blinds before we even moved in
