We moved into Lakes at Suntree almost two months ago now. The staff here is amazing! Three maintenance guys that are always so happy and helpful. Brian, the property manager goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. We moved here from Missouri and only had three weeks to do so. While we were dealing with selling our home back in Missouri, Brain made sure this aspect of our move was stress free and flawless. Brain even went above and beyond with taking pictures and videos of our new home before we arrived. This complex is also extremely dog friendly, which is perfect for our two little boys. My experience here at The Lakes at Suntree apartment has been a blessing❤️. My neighbor are friendly. Our dog 🐕 loves going to the doggie park🐕. The area’s is beautiful layout with flowers 🌺 tree 🌳 and all kinds shuddered brushes🌳 A pool to go swimming and a laundry room🏊♀️. Maintenance kept everything going 🙏. It is also quite and refreshing after coming from a busy shopping day😋

I have been living here for just over a month now and i feel like the people in the leasing office have gone above & beyond for me. they were aware that i was trying to get a washer & dryer delivered & it had been unsuccessful after a few attempts. appliances were left in a unit after the tenants moved out & the leasing office immediately thought of me & delivered the appliances to my apartment the next day! any maintenance request i have put in has been handled in a timely manner as well, even if it was low priority, it was taken care of within a day.

I have lived at Lakes at Suntree for a few years now and I love,love,love this place! Judy was the most helpful getting me my apt and Brian and Eric have also helped me a number of times when I have questions. Even maintenance have been quite helpful and on time when I needed something done. All are very professional and helpful. Thank you to all👍 and I will be here for the for see-able future!🙂

Office staff is absolutely amazing Brian and Eric are extremely helpful and the maintenance staff Peter especially is by far the best in the Area!!! So happy to call this place home…. New stuff all the time in different areas for example this wonderful hammock by the pool… if you’re looking for a great place to live with very friendly people this is your place

Stopped by to take a look at this property. What a hidden gem. Walked in and immediately felt welcomed, it an unusual experience as I have been looking around at multiple properties and have not felt the warmth that I did in there office. Brian and Eric in the office were extremely kind and informative. They showed me around, what a gorgeous property. I will be moving down next year and this is the place I hope to call my new home.

Our matinenace team here are amazing! They are consummate professionals. I placed a maintenance work order through the online portal. The response was amazingly quick. Peter arrived to repair my master tubs faucet handle. He was very professional, kind, & courteous. He had the faucets leak repaired in a matter of minutes. Thanks again always to the maintenance team here! They are the absolute very best! And, that is exactly why I have chosen to call this home for over a decade!

We moved into the Lakes at Suntree in the Fall of 2015. I have to say, this was really the best apartment living experience we have ever had. The apartments are older, but there is peace and nature all around, the community is sitting on one of the most beautiful locations in Viera with golf or water views for many of the apartments. The staff from Maintenance staff, to Property Manager to Corporate do truly care about the property and their residents. This was our home, I will miss all the birds! The Reason for 5 stars is that there is true heart in this place and we loved it. This was the view

Maintenance staff is excellent. We were having a problem with our kitchen faucet leaking and John came over with a few hours. He replaced the whole unit and took the time to find the cause of the problem and in addition to the faucet he found and replaced the tubing for the ice maker. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I just have to say that for 2 years that we have been living here the office and maintenance staff have been incredibly supportive and responsive to our needs.

Lived here for 4 years and never had any issue other than normal wear and tear but the maintenance staff is friendly and always prompt to fix the issue (John&Julio always have the fix). Also, the front office is willing to work out lease details with you- Eric was a life SAVER in helping me transfer to another Northland Property during my job relocation and saved me A LOT of money and time!!! Also, front office staff April and Judy are always helpful and kind to work with. I would recommend Plantation Club over any of the other complexes in Melbourne/Viera.

I recently moved into Plantation Club At Suntree and I am happily overwhelmed with the staff's performance, office and maintenance included. They have been very helpful and very accommodating, courteous, professional and downright impressive.
Though the apartments are basic and an older development, they are clean and well maintained and maintenance issues have been addressed quickly and thoroughly. The units are large with ample storage, screened patios and plenty of free parking.
They are about a 10 minute drive from the beach and for this lovely area, the prices are very affordable.
