We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

I've been living at Woodhaven for about 6 months now and I have loved every second of it. The staff are absolutely amazing and they definitely make the residents the highest priority. The property is beautiful and very well kept and the amenities are definitely a plus! The location is also perfect, close to I-95, US1 and Viera.

I love living here and I would recommend this place! The leasing staff is amazing and friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure that their tenants are taken care of... the maintenance staff is exceptional at keeping the grounds clean and making sure everything no matter how big or small is working. The grounds of Woodhaven is like an escape, parks that are animal and family friendly, the most beautiful sunsets, not to mention enjoying a walk around one of the many ponds available in the middle of each park.
I am blessed to be apart of such an amazing community.
