They charged more than legally allowed for the weight of the vehicle, towed a vehicle in visitor parking, and didn't leave proper contact info. If they have towed you, verify they complied with the law.

Jordan Towing came fast, got my heavy motorcycle up and then delivered us to the repair shop lickity split. I had a flat tire on the PGBT in Plano on 12/10/2021. The driver couldn’t have been more professional and personable with only the most exceptional customer service the whole time. I was sooo impressed. The driver knew his way around big motorcycles better than I did. I feel like I got lucky when he arrived. My highest praise and wishes for the driver’s continued success in the new year.

I was in a wreck at 2:12 pm on Dec. 17th. My car was towed here and I made a call to confirm. My ID expired on Dec. 15th, so I was told I need a valid ID. How am I supposed to get my belongings from my Totaled Vehicle!? It'll take months to get my ID renewed, since the DMV is going by appointments. I have no clue as to how long my vehicle will be there or if my belongings will remain untouched. I just need my belongings.

Tow trucks are pretty much the most lawless immoral companies you can imagine, generally speaking, and will take legally parked cars without ever really knowing whether they are illegal or not, and there is very little you can do about it. They say tow truck will arrive to your house in a few hours with the vehicle, but it's been over 7 hours now and still my vehicle isn't here. The staff does lie to you and some are rude. I didn't have a choice of the tow company when the accident happened, since they just happened to show up. but next time I know and I won't recommend it to anyone .

I went to my friends house and I parked in a spot that had no sign or anything that would tell me that I would get towed. I wasn't even there 30 minutes and they towed my car. I spent the next 30 minutes searching for my car and finally found a number to call to see where my car was. $300 this morning and I finally got my car back. I had to Uber last night home. This is theft. The guys were extremely rude when I was picking up my car. I think this whole company is a total scam and if you work for a towing company you really need to get another job because all you're doing is ruining peoples

STAY AWAY FROM JORDAN’S TOWING. They stole my dash cam and destroyed my car dash / panel and stole parts of my car. They’re bunch of THIEVES.
It seem like the manager is ALWAYS ON CALL 24/7 at Jordan’s Towing because I sent two emails regarding stolen property - one on 9/7 and another one on 9/27 to show the proofs and details of what exactly happened to my car. Since no one replied on my email, I called them and two different ladies answered my call said manager is not available due to his busy schedule. It seem like its impossible to solve this issue.

SUPER understanding people. On one of the worst days they where very kind, super nice. The tow truck diver who pick up my truck had a flash helping me make sure I got all of my belongings out. They let some go back with me since I could physically get my stuff out myself, because I was hurt too bad.

Folks were nice to us when our car was towed he after being hit in Plano. Took us back to our car to grab some items out of it!

Dfw towing illegally towed out car out of our apartment complex and these people made it a hassle to get it out. They said our vin number didn't match and wouldn't release it then on top of that laughed in our faces. Are you kidding me?! They finally figured out their mistake and gave us our car but my husband unfortunately missed a day of work due to their screw up and unprofessional service. You're right Jordan's towing, you didn't tow our car but you didn't have to be total jerks about an already miserable circumstance.

I am so happy with Jordan towing. No one would help me tow my Tesla and they did it with no problems at all. Terence was nice as can be and treated my car like it was his. Could not be happier!

I had a blowout right round the corner from my house. Luckily I was able to drive to my house and immediately called Jordan Towing. I've never used them before, but I know they work with DPS on major accidents in the area. The dispatcher asked me if I had a spare. I assumed so, but asked her why. She said that some makes you have to purchase a spare when you buy a new car. I had no idea, but I did. The E.T.A. Was 60-90 minutes. 30 minutes later they were here. Sam came to the rescue and had me up and running in no time. He reminded me to drive safely and not over 50 mph.

Employee was in a wreck and these guys were called by the State Troopers to pickup the truck. They delivered it to our shop which was only 7-10 miles away.First off they charged $275.00 for a short tow. And of course theres nothing you can do because the troopers called them. Then we were unable to locate the key once the truck was dropped. They swear the driver left it in the ignition. Which he did NOT. Instead of being helpful I was told by the dispatcher that the driver states he left the key and it was our problem now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My battery died unexpectedly in a fairly empty parking lot on a hot afternoon with a sick child in the car. Saw the Jordan Towing truck picking up a car about a block away, jogged over and asked if he could give me a jump. Didn't even hesitate and drove his flatbed and tow to my parking lot to make sure I was started and on my way. Didn't even charge me.

My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex. My daughter is battling terminal cancer, so we've been out of town for the past 3 months, I come back to find my vehicle gone, after calling Jordan Towing, I'm told the vehicle has been auctioned off. I am a single mother of 3 children and things are tough, they managed to make my life a lot harder now. I received no notification of where the vehicle was, as I've been gone for the past 3 months. I was then told it was sent to an address I don't live at anymore. The excuse was that I should've changed my address. Complete disregard

I had a car accident on a Friday night and I asked Eric how much it would cost to tow it to a car shop in Wylie. Eric said he didn't know and I would have to pay upfront, so I hesitated then he said that they have a contract with the dealership in Hyundai Plano in Coit. So, I thought it's perfect because I can talk to the dealership later. I called back Monday to the Hyundai dealership to get it towed to the shop in Wylie. I spoke to the body shop and got the charges. It was a total of $963.63!

My car got towed, but at least they are polite and professional here at Jordan Towing. The price was reasonable, and I didn't have to wait long for attention after I arrived. The facility is clean on the inside and my car had no damage, nothing was missing. Thanks, Jordan Towing.

I got ripped off. Towed from Plano to McKinney and they charged me, wait for it, 463.00.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Do not use this service if you can't afford to throw money away.

To top it off, they lied to me about when they would pick up my car. Sat there and waited for hours.

We had an accident on the road so we got this company to tow the car. So they charge from the time we called (and we were waiting more than one hour and we supposed to pay for the time we were waiting)
The price is way too high,we paid 825 for 2h(so 1 hour wait,then driving time about 15min and it counted as another hour)

Would give ZERO stars. Forced to use this company since it's part of Mercedes service. Dispatch originally quoted 60-90 mins. Driver called at 90 minutes to say it was going to be 45-60 more. Den of Thieves. Avoid at all costs!! I merely questioned where my possessions went and they claim their employees don't steal. Even though another review posted around the same time as mine claims their valuables were stolen too. Instead of addressing any issues they just want to slander my name for leaving an accurate review. They try to blast me by saying I was arrested.
