I called them this morning and told them I needed a tow to the dealership because I didn't have my car key. It's around a 7 mile tow and they said $129 for basic tow with the first 5 miles covered and $5/mile after that. They towed the vehicle to the dealership and then charged me $309 for it. When I called to see why there's such a difference they transferred me to the company they subcontract to and then they couldn't even give me an answer other than "they needed special equipment" because I didn't have a key even though i made it very clear before they even

Do not use this company if you are trying to save money. The drivers were very nice nothing against them, but this company is a rip off they try to make it look cheap then you end up paying more than you were told or expected. They sold their services through the phone as $59 flat to assure their men would get to me and $48 to get the car on the tow, they said the first 5 miles are free, every mile after that would be $4. As a single mom in a bad car situation that sounded like a very good deal that wouldn’t break bank, so I was dumbfounded when they handed me this bill with all these hidden

I called this place and asked about towing a vehicle since this was my first time ever dealing with a tow company and the guy over the phone told me that it would cost about $126 so I set it up not knowing that once delivered that I would have to pay $298 total for a 2 mile tow! Bad as it is people are barely making it but to be overcharged for a 2 mile tow is ridiculous. If the price isn’t what was discussed over the phone then why does the company charge a different price and more? I want answers.

What a morning! My transmission finally went out this morning, so I called Plano Tow Company and paid $180.00 via a link they sent to my phone. 1 Hr later, still no tow truck because they did not dispatch per agent. I end up canceling Plano Tow and called Urban Towing. They told me they can get a truck out in 30 mins, so I went ahead and book and paid $89 (service call) over the phone. Great Towing Service!!! My clutch burnt out right before I got to work. I was able to get to my work's parking lot but I couldn't leave. I called Urban Towing up and in under an hour they were loading my bike up and taking me back to my house. Hopefully my bike doesn't break down again, but if it does I know exactly who to call.

My truck broke down. I called Urban towing. The rep quoted me a price and I wasnt sure if I had it so I called my wife to make sure. He tried to close the sale and said he would take $20 off and they had a truck near me. I called them back after I found out we had the money available. I gave him all the info and gave him my credit card info and he claimed I would get a call from the driver shortly and that I would still get $20 off. Well this was at 2 PM or so. Today I needed a 2002 Toyota Camry towed less than 3 miles. I was quoted a price of $100 to $125 max. After towing the car the price was raised to $198. The initial reason given over the phone to me was because the car was in a parking garage. When I informed them the car was never in a parking garage the reason was changed to special equipment was needed to tow the car. This was not true but I was still charged $198.

I'm sure their service is OK, IF you happen to speak Spanish. Called the number, the recorded blurb said that they MAY use subcontractors. A real person answered and said that a truck would be dispatched immediately. The tow truck driver called...I'm not even sure what he said. About an hour later, the tow truck driver zooms past my location. He apparently turned around and passed me once again. He then turned into a nearby apartment complex and called. Again, communication was EXTREMELY difficult. I finally ended up walking to the end of the block to flag him down. He got the car on

This company has been reported to the Texas Licensure and Regulations for bad service and practicing. The customer service is a joke. Rude, loud mouthed, unprofessional and should not be working with customers. They charged a $125 service charge even before having anyone show up to tow. They said it would take 45 minutes which turned into 2hrs! After the 1st hour we wanted to cancel the service and they refused to give us back our money. They got the job done, granted the guy took a longer time to get to my car than the agent I spoke with on the phone told me. I give it a 3 star due to their customer service being subpar. The agent I spoke with sounded dead and like they hated their job. Tow truck guy was very patient and answered all my questions.

Doesn't even deserve one star. It took 4 hours to tow my car 1.8 miles. Reps were blatantly rude and had no idea what was going on. Not one of them allowed me to speak with a supervisor. It was almost impossible to get in contact with the tow operator and when I did, he didn't even let me speak before he started yelling uncontrollably and hung up on me. The fee wasn't terrible, but definitely not worth the hassle I had to go through.

I got stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of traffic. I thought i was going to have to wait for a towing company for hours. Luckily i called these guys and they were here in no time. They towed my car to the nearest shop and even took me home. I am definitely going to use these guys again.
