We had Leigh as our property manager in Monrovia for 4 years. She was incredible. Completely transparent, helpful, and respeonded to all correspondense quickly. I have been renting in LA for 20 years, and she was the best property manager I have ever dealt with. Any time we had an issue with our home, she got it fixed immediately. When we had questions about rent or utilities, she was there for a quick answer. She even set up a portal so we could pay our rent automatically to make our lives easier. We lost her services because the home we rent sold, but Leigh was there for us every step of the

I have lived now under the management of Arroyo for 3-4 months in Pasadena and I can assure you it's the worst property manger I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of renting places. Have fun her name is Leigh, she has no respect for her tenants, bulldogs her way around the property, essentially nothing but a school yard bully.
