We dealt with Jessica Perez when we moved out and she made the transition seamless. She was very fair and helpful when dealing with us. I mistakenly took the garage remote to the state I moved to, and she was gracious enough to allow us to send it back instead of immediately ripping it from our deposit like other Property Management companies would have so callously done. Also, when I had questions about the state of the wear & tear of our property, she took time out of her schedule to come over they same day so we could talk about the apartment. She's dope.

Sara was terrific. Good communication and ended up finding a tenant at my price and with my terms for leasing. She never lost faith that the house would be rented and kept me informed every step of the way. I felt so much better having a professional do the leg work and the screening for me- especially with all of these Covid restrictions and pro-tenant rental conditions. I have used the Bryant Company before and would use them again without hesitation!

We had the pleasure to work with Sara Ramirez. My dad and I needed to find a reliable and also financially responsible tenant for our duplex. Wow! I can't say enough about this company! I have been so impressed and appreciative of Jessica, our property manager especially!
I am a semi- new resident and have been well accommodated.

Bryant Co. has been great over the years. Fergie has been extremely responsive and helpful during these past few months. She responds to our issues immediately and gets the work done as soon as possible. I requested a leak at 8am in the morning. By 9am, I had the plumbing company calling to schedule a same day appointment. By the afternoon, we had a new faucet installed. Thank you Bryant Co. And Fergie for the rapid and easy support.

Bryant Companies recently purchased the South Pasadena apartment building I was living in. The main office is close and the staff is friendly and helpful. Jessica is the apartment manager and she is great at her job. Responsive, communicative, and professional. I recently moved and asked her about getting my mail, and she informed me that she will check it weekly for me! Can't ask for more than that.

My first experience with the company. Sara helped me get into the MOST PERFECT apartment for the most ideal price and the location is only 8 minutes from my job. I could not be happier.
Working with Sara was honestly a dream. She is so sweet and so professional. My credit is not the best, however I was honest with her and upfront about having limited credit history. She seemed to have good rapport with the owner of the property and passed along good merit on my behalf. Ultimately the property owner made the decision to rent to me, but it was Sara's good word that got me in the door for sure

Saw a property for rent in South Pasadena and decided to come into the office for a "key check out". I was very happy to see that they check id for the key check out. I also like how you can go on your own time and view the property. It made it a lot easier rather then having to set an appointment. Johanna assisted me with the key check out and was very courteous and professional.
