Arrow Management

I have been dealing with Arrow Management for about a decade now and let me tell you that the experience has been lackluster. I see a lot of positive reviews on several platforms but I'm here to leave my input. In the first couple of years Wayne Harington was responsive and attentive. As the time went on and I started noticing serious issues at the property I live at in Altadena. The more I brought up issues regarding the property and specific tenants, my communication with Wayne (Arrow Management) diminished. He no longer responded to emails or letters regarding complaints.
It turns out

We moved to Altadena a few months ago and Arrow Management has made the renting process a breeze. Wayne and his team are so attentive. Definitely feeling like we are in good hands.

Just worked with Wayne to rent an amazing condo in Pasadena! We were tired of the hustle and bustle of living downtown, and knew the minute we saw pictures of this little hidden paradise that it was a must for us! He made the whole process so easy for us, and was always helpful and GENUINE. He's a great guy and we couldn't be happier with our new situation place has so much existing character, and the gardens on the premise make you feel like you're on a tropical island far away

I have never had an issue that was not resolved by Wayne and the Arrow Management team in 24 hours.

From water heaters, A/C units, heating coils, to emergency landscapeing needs, Wayne and the team know how to manage a property and what its occupants need and want and deliver quickly.

They are the best in the business.

Here we are again, 2 years later and another A/C issue. Luckily Wayne was as helpful as always, and had someone sent out to fix it. We feel very lucky to have a landlord who is as attentive as Wayne is!

Wayne and his team continue to provide superb service. He always replies in a timely manner and paperwork is always clear and concise. If you're looking for an excellent management company to rent from or to provide management services, look no further.

My advice is to stay clear of this company. There are plenty of options in Pasadena. Wayne is border line incompetent and the rudest most foul mouthed manager I've ever leased from.

Arrow Management and the air conditioning company Wayne worked with were amazing. My air on my top floor was out and they worked together to get the estimates to the owner in a timely fashion. I was so impressed with the company that was chosen, they weren't going to leave that day until it was fixed, and it has been working great. 2 wonderful companies working together! Thank you!

I recently purchased another home and needed some help to rent out my house. I went online in search for a property management company and found Wayne and Arrow management and decided to give him a call. I worked with Wayne and he spent a great deal of time explaining the whole entire process. After doing my research and speaking with several other companies, I decided to go with Arrow Management because of the great communication I had with Wayne.
In no time, Wayne and his team was able to find me a tenant and assisted with the whole entire process. I give Wayne and Arrow Management 5 stars and

We recently moved in to a new place that of course came with a few issues that needed to be addressed. Wayne could not have been more thorough and expedient with all of the little jobs that needed to be done. After coming from our last place where the management company did as little as possible, this was a breath of fresh air! We couldn't recommend Wayne and Arrow Management enough!

I had to move right after Christmas last year because the house I was renting had been sold. The realtor found a house that was just being listed for rental by Arrow Management, and looked great. Wayne was so helpful. Even though it was within days of Christmas, he made time to meet with me, and get everything needed done so that I could move in time. By New Year's Day we were settled in to see the Rose Bowl. He also doesn't pester me about little things, but is available if I ever need him. Great property manager

I have been a tenant for over 10 years! I recommend Arrow Management Company 100%.... The experience I have had in dealing with AMC has been very pleasurable. Wayne has always handled problems that have risen in a timely manner which I couldn't be more grateful for and am confident that he will continue. Whether you are looking to rent or need assistance with renting your property, Wayne is the man to call!

We recently moved into a place that Arrow Management recently took on. There were a few issues and Wayne acted very quickly and resolved everything for us! Now that we're all settled in, I feel confident and happy that we will be well taken care of by Wayne and Arrow Management for the duration of our time here.

What else can I say about Arrow Management Company. They are professionals in every way. We have been doing business with Wayne for 10 years and they are top notch. Always a pleasure working on projects with Arrow Management. Keep it up guys!

4/2/2014 have lived in the gated homes that I am at for almost 10 years and I'm sure Wayne has managed these homes for a lot longer than that! He has done a great job when unexpected things in my home needed work. Wayne is organized and always has a handyman to call regardless of an unexpected situation. I have had problems with plumbing, a kitchen cabinet falling, the kitchen sink faucet squirting water all over the kitchen, and a big rig truck pulling the wires from the main street electricity pole to my house electricity box which was destroyed! Wayne has always responded to situations

Wayne provided over 10 years of management for our condo. He took care of tenant screening and property repairs. I never had to worry about any aspect of having a rental property. He also took excellent care of us when we finally decided to sell the property. I give Wayne my highest recommendation.
