Riegel Property Management is a small family run and operated business that was started in 1988. Richard and Cyndie founded the company after being approached about managing their first property by one owner followed quickly by another. It was apparent there was a need in the marketplace. Today, we have a staff of 8 office employees and are moving into the second generation in the family to take over the operations.
We offer new owners an initial two months of free property management services if you sign a one year contract. This review is for address 291 W Montecito Ave in Sierra Madre. The owner Rhubarb gave the apartment to us in a less than ideal condition.
1. A very old broken AC that we had to replace as soon as we moved in.
2. Cabinets lined with dirty sticky contact paper (10+ years old)
3. Dirty walls that hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival
4. The cabinets in the kitchen had green mold caking on them. And various dirty items left over from a previous tenant. I only discovered this by offering to paint the kitchen on my own dime.

Coming from a property in which the landlord wouldn't make repairs or expect us to pay out of pocket I was skeptical about Riegel Management Property at first.
Giving our bad experience with our landlord in the past I didn't want to end up in the same position again.
I got a hold of Glenn at RPM so I can look at unit for my family and I. Glenn was incredibly helpful and informative when we met him. In my eyes, Glenn has done more for us than what are old landlord ever did.
I'm thankful for finding RPM and Glenn in our journey to find our own place again! This has been a great experience.

Super friendly team. Very responsive and fair. Sometimes it can be a little tough to get somebody to answer the phone, but they check their messages frequently and so far, in my experience, they have been on the ball.
I'm a tenant and So far I've dealt with Bryan and Jackie. They couldn't be nicer and more responsive. I think I might have stumbled onto the best property management in Pasadena.
