I am the Office Manager at Orthodontic Partners. I started working at OP in 2006 as an assistant. I later became our treatment coordinator, then eventually became the office manager. First of all, they give you a Starbucks gift card if you write a review after your first visit.
Second, I have to get braces again after getting them here! They told me they could shave my teeth down so they would be straight on the bottom once I was done with braces. But then they could not shave them down because it was painful and not good for my teeth. So I'm just stuck with my two front bottom teeth being higher than the rest.
I asked my dentist if he could shave them or do anything. And he suggested I get braces!!
Other than that, the experience was fine so two stars.

I am originally from the east coast and when I found out I broke a bonding on my retainer. Without knowing any doctors, I called around practices and got no response....EXCEPT for Orthodontic Partners! They scheduled me immediately the next day and offered to fix my retainers.
I showed up and they were really friendly! I was immediately greeted by Esme (Shout out!) and she was passionate to help me out. She fixed the wire in 2 places.
Seeing a struggling college student, they were very sympathetic to my cause and were very clutch in helping me out, especially being so far from home.

I have been with orthodontic partners for several years and am extremely happy with my experience. Through multiple pregnancies and implant surgeries, they’ve worked with me to help me achieve a beautiful, functional smile that I can be proud of. I loved my Invisalign! The process was easy and it was nice not having to deal with traditional braces as an adult.

We are on our second child with braces, both with Orthodontic Partners. All staff are helpful and very friendly. We are always greeted with a smile. We have never had a long wait for a scheduled appointment. We've been to 3 out of the 4 offices and all are very clean and nicely decorated. Both Orthodontists are very personable and great to work with. We have one child left and we will be back when he is ready!
