The office staff is the best staff I've ever dealt with, including the orthodontic. Dr Hashtroudi is so patient and polite, no wonder the assistants and front girls are so kind they learn from him! My whole family comes here and I honestly don't think I'll ever switch offices. Thank you guys so much!!

The most incompetent staff ever. At my first visit, I waited in the dentist's chair for an hour and then just got a perfunctory exam. After waiting a month for a followup appointment, they still didn't have approval from the insurance company. Why? Because no one follows up. They just wait to hear from them and if they don't ... Well, it's not their fault. It's totally their fault. After sitting in their office for half an hour, I was told to reschedule and maybe I should call the insurance company. Now you tell me??? TERRIBLE customer service in the orthotic section. I called and made an appointment a month and a half in advance. On the day of, I called to confirm only to be told there was no record of my appointment. Ok, fine. So I made another appointment a week and a half out. After my consultation the people at the front desk gave me a price of 850 some odd dollars for my treatment plan, but they had to get in touch with my insurance provider for a referral. A month later i hadn't heard anything, so I called. The girl on the other end said she would have to look into it and call me back. 3 days later

I called the other morning to make an appointment for myself and the so-called manager I spoke with was incredibly rude! So rude that I gave up with her and just called back later.
Monica answered my second try and was just amazing! She's the only reason for the three stars. So sweet and professional and also clearly well versed in customer service!
If you're calling to have anything done with this place I suggest you ask for Monica, seeming as she's one of the few competent workers here.

So I went in this morning to get 3 fillings and a Wisdom tooth extracted. Let me tell you I am a big anxiety filled baby when it comes to the dentist. My heart was racing like no other. Dr.H and his assistant were so nice and caring. They made sure I was okay from beginning to end. I didnt feel a thing. I highly recommend coming here. I moved to Henderson and was going to go to the Greenvalley Pkwy office but their staff and management are so un-welcoming I decided to go back to Dr.H. I will be seeing him again in two weeks. Thanks again for everything!

Went here to discuss a billing mistake, at 9;20 am, and they were not open. There were people waiting everywhere outside. So i call, and it rings forever, finally an answering service answers and he says they open at 9:00 i tell him the door is locked, and he says he is just the answering service okay. So why wouldn't they make a note to the answering service person they will be closed for the day?? Finally some one answers the phone, and he says they were short staffed by one person so they were closed for the day. Wow i feel bad for all the many people who had appointments, since this place

Doctor hashtroudi is an excellent dentist who is here to help, the entire staff is professional and helpful. I've never had a problem here. After I went to one dentist who said I had 5 cavities I got a second opinion here and they found one and prescribed a toothpaste to slow the formation of the second one so at most I ever had was 2. The receptionist is very nice and helpful and attentive and I appreciate it so much. Thank you courtesy!

DO NOT GO HERE. They are unprofessional. I went in and they told me I needed sealants and fillings on all of my back teeth. I went in the next time and they did my left side. I hated the experience so I never went back for them to do my right side. I just started a new dentist hoping for a better experience. I went in and they said my teeth look great and ALL I NEEDED WAS A CLEANING. These guys were going to DRILL MY TEETH FOR NO REASON. I am furious as I probably didn't need anything done in the first place. If you want a good dentist in Vegas go to Flamingo smiles!

So, I call to verify that this office takes my insurance before making an appointment, (and they do take it) so I request an appointment online for the very next day. I have an impacted wisdom tooth which is causing me a lot of pain. The morning of my appointment, a representative named Sandy calls me and says that I do not need to make an appointment as this specific office takes walk-ins. This was great news for me, so I told Sandy that I would be in around 11 am. Sandy assures me that was fine as the office accepts walk-ins anytime before 1 pm. I loved the dentist and the ladies, but I was handed a 750 dollar bill for a check up. Thankfully it was quickly taken care of when the manager arrived. I have yet to schedule my cleaning. I think it's a bit silly to not do the cleaning and X-ray together. Hopefully they can schedule my cleaning and ortho appointment together!

I like this place, And the staff is nice.They do get busy at times,So you may have to wait or be here for a little longer.Most dentist offices That I've been to get busy, so I understand if I wait a little longer than usual.

I talked to a lady named Maria to reschedule a missed appointment. She was not very helpful, she did not listen well and was very anxious to passed me to a different branch. It was weird but I did not ask any question and called the other office. When I called the other office, the receptionist asked me why the lady did not help...I explained to her our missed appointment and some insurance issue; still she told me that Smoke Ranch branch should have been able to help me ( I also live close to Smoke Ranch).Henderson set me for an appointment but advised me to see to call back Smoke Ranch branch

Never got to see dentist or meet staff in person because I had scheduling issues right off the bat. Moved from Cali and called this office first. Was leery when I was told the dentist would clean my teeth? Yikes. So...I kept the appt but after thinking about it called back and asked why this office can't staff hygienist's. Reply was they do but only like 2 days a week...another yikes! So, I decided there are many offices that staff 5 days a week with multiple hygienists and rather take a chance getting more schedule dates made conveniently for clients. I know how hard it is to get a dentist

Make sure the front desk schedules you. They seem to have a lot of scheduling errors.
I was told my appointment was 12:15 so I showed up at 12:05pm. I waited and waited until I finally asked "is today even my appointment?" the front desk girls says yes at 12:45pm. Which is a lie, I even have the printed scheduling paper she have me a month ago stating 12:15. Guess they bumped my appointment to 12:45PM with out a notice. So here I am stuck sitting for over 40 on my lunch break. When I could be eating not waiting for the stupid dentist.

I has such a pleasant experience here that I felt compelled for the first time to add this as a new business on yelp.
I went here shortly after moving to Vegas from LA. After getting ripped off at office after office in LA, this was a nice change of pace.
First off, everyone that works here is nice. You can tell they genuinely enjoy doing their jobs and meeting their patients' needs.
Dr. Rodriguez is fantastic. She did not beat around the bush trying to sell me things I don't need, like every other dentist I've been to. She administered exactly the care I needed, nothing more
