Single PDF file to contain Summary Letter and full body report of the various areas inspected along with respective pictures as deemed necessary. To be emailed out to client and agent if requested. All homes are based upon set criteria. For a basic 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath on slab, $365 - $450. Larger houses, houses over twenty years old, crawlspace or basement are all factors that affect total cost and likely cost more.

Services
Norman Ellis has lived in the Atlanta Metro area since 1997. He moved from Florida where he worked in construction while getting his BS degree in Construction Management. His first introduction to construction was in 1983 as a plumber's assistant until he deployed for four years of service in the Marine Corps.

Matt was extremely thorough, knowledgable, professional and accessible. He walked us through his findings, in person, taking time to ensure we fully understood and answered any questions. He subsequently provided his written report in a timely fashion. In addition to identifying existing problems, Matt provided us with possible solutions and areas where ongoing monitoring and/or servicing would be prudent in order to avoid future problems. Can’t recommend Matt enough! He did an inspection for the purchase of our first home. He was thorough, professional and clearly knows his stuff.
