Had them do an oil change awhile back and when I get to doing it again I find they tightened my oil plug so much so that it had been stripped and just spins in place. I noticed a couple other reviews stating similar exsperiences were a customer ends up paying for something the shop caused even if its small. It's just dishonest and not what i expected from what seemed like a reputable shop.

They are the best! I was very nervous to go to a car service place because I'm a young woman and I have been taken advantage of and treated without respect at other car service places. I went by myself to have my tire looked at because I ran over a nail and they were extremely kind and professional. They were able to remove the nail and check the air in the tire and did not charge me anything. I cannot recommend them enough! Girls go here!

I woke up to a flat tire on my 2009 Dodge Ram while vacationing in the Helen, GA area. I changed to the spare and did a Yelp search for a BF Goodrich dealer. I had to leave the rim as they had to order my tire. Next day it was waiting on me. They mounted the new tire, put the spare back. On my way back to my cabin I noticed the low tire light never went out so I called. Saturday, next day, I made the 35 minute drive again. William fixed the issue and also tightened a mud flap for me also. Outstanding service and very trustworthy!!! Tyler at the front desk took great care of us!

Very disappointed. They charged me $70 for an alignment when all they actually did was switch the front tires from side to side. Still drove badly when I left. Took the truck back in to get the alignment that I paid for and was treated rudely, like I did something wrong. Rude and untrustworthy.
I wouldn't buy tires here if I had four flats in their parking lot.
