Today's suspension systems are not only robust, but very complicated to diagnose if vehicles are not properly maintained. Often times letting that little "squeak" or "rattle" go for extended periods of time can affect your tires, other related suspension components, and/or braking systems. There are a myriad of bushings, arms, bump stops, and other moving components within all of today's vehicles.
On Monday (Columbus Day) we broke down and were towed in to your place to have a new water pump put on our Camry! We just want to thank you all so much for your courteous and prompt service and your "expert" care and repair! We made it home safe and sound! When we broke down Monday, I didn't understand why the Lord threw that KINK in our plans, but He knew why.

They changed my ac pump for a decent price and did it very quickly. Good service on the phone. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
UPDATE: Have been a customer here for a long time now. I live 30 miles away and I will keep coming here as long as I'm in range to bring my vehicles here. I would recommend ARI to anyone! Honesty, integrity, quality, care, and NONE of those things that so often give mechanics a bad name. I trust these guys more than my dealership and I like my dealership.

My son ran into a mechanical issue with his car while driving through the area. AAA was unable to find a tow (long story). ARI Auto came to the rescue - they helped arrange a tow and quickly got the car in running order. The service here is top drawer, just wish we lived closer!

I live in Alabama and my wife was in Cleveland Georgia when the oil filter on our truck started leaking. She stopped and I call Billy and he said he could get to it if I had it towed in. It would be 3 hours before a tow truck could get there. My wife was stranded, and I could not get to her. She called Billy and told him where she was broke down at, she told him the wrecker could not get there for 3 hours. It was a 1/4 mile from his shop. He told her, he and a guy would come pull the truck to the shop since she was so close. They did, had our truck repaired in less then an hour. This is a great

These guys are amazing. I was on vacay near Helen and had trouble with what I thought was my transmission. My car is under warranty so I was struggling with scenarios on how to get my car to a dealership 70 miles away. I fortunately checked out ARI based on the reviews and they found a disconnected turbo hose which they identified and fixed in less than an hour. Incredibly honest and efficient. They saved the vacation and I made the several hundred mile trip home with no issue. Price was VERY reasonable as well. These guys are the best. I wish they were in my hometown. Can't thank them enough.
