Went to 2 other tire shops in Cleveland looking to have a 2 inch leveling kit and 4 new Allterain tires installed on a 2019 fwd Jeep Cherokee one even specialized in Jeep Wranglers.... neither would touch it. The crew at Turner Tire listened to what I wanted to do showed me tire options(real tires not pictures in a book) ordered all the parts and set my appointment up for a time that was convenient for me. This will be my 4th set of tires from Turner Tire and while I fell the labor charges are a bit high I know that I'll get first rate service from a knowledgeable and professional service team

Very disappointed after reading all the positive reviews and not being able to get any help. Went in on Saturday morning to get my tires balanced and they were busy. I waited for everyone else who was there before me to get helped, in the meantime two more customers walked in after me and were helped before me. It was like I was invisible. If you want to be ignored, this is a good place to go.

I recently had a front brake job performed on my Ford Fiesta and was very satisfied with their work. Great group of guys that really helped us out today. We needed tires taken off of rims and have new ones put on. We live a about an hour and a half from Cleveland and we're just here to pick up an old truck for our son. Walmart nearby was double the price and triple the time. Incredible service, fair price and great work.
