I was very impressed with Scott from Skyline Home Inspection. He was timely and very professional throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, and being new to the home buying experience, I was very appreciative of that. He made me feel very confident in my home purchase. He allowed me to follow along during the inspection and made sure I knew all the important parts of the house. I was equally impressed with the slide show of all the pictures at the end. I would absolutely use Scott again and recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, honest inspector

Scott recently inspected a home we made an offer for and has done a very poor job. Missed lot of issues like mold in rest room, rat droppings in crawl space, damaged carpet, damaged siding, did not inspect appliances properly etc. Even for the ones he is highlighted specifics are missing making it tough for us to work with seller. I definitely do not recommend to anyone.

I don't usually write online reviews, but I feel like I should here, because Scott has really gone above-and-beyond in his helpfulness. I've taken it upon myself to fix as much as I can in a DIY fashion, and the inspection was very detailed and useful for my purposes. Furthermore, he's been very helpful in answering questions over the phone, even though our business is finished. I completely recommend Skyline Home Inspection.

Scott performed a home inspection for me and I found him to be an expert professional. It was super easy to book the appointment and he was flexible with my schedule. He is deeply knowledgeable and did an extremely thorough job inspecting my home, mother-in-law cabin and workshop. He went through every element of his inspection with me afterwards with photos and offered advice for going about fixing the problems and potential hazards in my home. He's easy going and calm which is important when there may be problems to report. I can recommend his services without hesitation or reservation.

I highly recommend Scott for your home inspection. Scott was on time, thorough, very professional and knowledgeable answering any and all questions we had at any point during our inspection (even shared tips and things to keep in mind in the future). Scott was respectful of our home removing shoes before entering the home and even picking up nails left behind on the roof/other areas of home from the newly constructed home.

I've used Scott for 2 multi-unit properties I purchased in the past few years. He responds in a timely manner and has been available within a few days of calling him. He performs a very thorough inspection and his reports are very detailed and straightforward. He sends the report the next day and is overall a very high value inspector. For my new homes inspection, Scott took the time to explain everything and even made suggestions and things to look out for. He was extremely thorough and I could tell he loves what he does. In my mind that’s the kind of person you want to hire. The report came very timely and everything was very smooth. Scott was able to get out and inspect my home the same day. He showed up early, did a very thorough inspection and had the inspection report to me very quickly. He even educated us on a program we could apply for that no one had told us about. His rate was the cheapest around and I'm very satisfied with the job he did. I feel as though I know everything I need to know about the home we're buying. 10/10 would recommend.
