We know how scary it is buying a home and not knowing who to trust. We recommend Mr. Phillips and Due Diligence to everyone specially first time home buyers he is someone who you can trust and feel comfortable about being in good hands. We had used someone else before knowing about Due Diligence and the other guy was so expensive, while Due Diligence had a reasonable charge.

Dave is great!
