I booked a home inspection with Pro-Tech and Josh did a through inspection of the entire house. I was told by my friends to leave the inspector to do their job but I asked Josh if I could stick around. Josh was more than happy to have me accompany him and was answering all my questions about the house, sometimes not even related to the inspection. I learnt a lot in this process, he don't just say, so and so needs to be fixed, rather he explained in detail why he is asking to fix or change something. I highly recommend Pro-Tech!

Yesterday, east bound on Jovita near the White River, a Pro Tech chevy pick-up license C76995G showed everyone how important and special he is. He doesn't have to wait in line like everyone else. He can just go straight through the right turn lane and cut off everyone else creating an unsafe and dangerous situation. He's so special he can even do this in the signed company vehicle. If I ever need a home inspection, who will I call? Not Pro Tech. I prefer to deal with law abiding companies.

Father and son team Wayne and Joshua are amazing. They performed a verbal pre-inspection on a property I was interested in buying and I got an incredible bang for my buck!! We took about two hours to go through every little detail of the house as you would expect: electrical, HVAC, structure, insulation, roof, etc. They both really know their stuff and if my offer falls through I will not bat an eyelash to call them for the next home I hope to seal the deal on in this crazy market. They were both professional, knowledgeable, friendly, sociable and all around just an awesome team. Highly recommended
