Detection home inspection was great. The inspector has owned and renovated many challenging, older properties, over thirty years of experience, and a degree in engineering leading to amazing quality, detailed home inspections at reasonable rate. Detection home inspection found almost $10k in issues with the house we purchased that we wouldn't have even thought to look for and we were able to convince the seller that all the repairs needed to happen based on the report, putting that money towards fixes. He also found a number of safety issues that were relatively easy to fix at low cost. The price
