I was a tenant of EKM for about 4 years in two houses until we bought our own home. This is a very responsive landlord. Rents are set fairly. They easy for tenants to communicate with and are fair with deposit returns. When we had an urgent need - such as a furnace malfunction - it was fixed quickly. The two houses we rented from them were nice and well kept, clean, painted, fresh carpet nicely equipped.
