Totally recommend! We needed an inspection done within a few days and Jamie was able to get us an inspection same day! He sent a very detailed inspection report with great photos and everything was explained perfectly. The inspection was very thorough and nothing was missed. He gave me a call as soon as he finished to update me on the few questions I had. Jamie did and awesome job and was very professional.

Jamie has completed two inspections for me, he always shows up early and is very thorough with his inspection. His report are very detailed with lots of pictures, recommended repairs or updates as well as people he would recommend to do the job. He points out things during the inspection to give you an idea what he’s looking at. Highly recommend Jamie for any inspection needs you have.

Wow! What an inspection! I wasn't going to use a home inspector as my past inspections seemed like a waste of money. ( I had a home inspection in the same area a few months ago too. The report was more of a sales pitch to buy insurance for home services.) I was at the home the 1st hour Jamie was there and boy was he thorough. He was all over the house checking even the most minute item. The report arrived in my email quickly and it was well written with a lot of information. Thank you Jamie. I was in a pinch to find a home inspector around Oceanside, NY and decided to turn to Yelp for some assistance. I was a little hesitant because this site is meant for restaurant reviews, but none the less I found Jamie. He answered the phone immediately and worked with my tight schedule. He is rude and nasty and not professional. First I used Spencer as a home inspector who works for Jamie and when we got our home inspection done there was no mention of an external gap under our wall unit A.C. in the living room. When we demoed the internal sheetrock we found a bird nest in our wall due to this external gap. When I call Jamie to let him know that one of his home inspectors missed this vital element he reported to me " Did I see the hole, is my guy suppose to have magical eyes to see this hole"...When I suggested that maybe the home inspector should have used a ladder
