I moved to PA from another state; had been coming for about a month checking the TRONE PROPERTIES. Finally found one that was right for me. The Staff (Haylee & Angel) were always friendly, professional and informative about the how to rules and I got the property. I also like the Maintenance Department; because here you get to coordinate with the Maintenance Department about any service request (non- emergencies of course) reference day, time and I decide whether I want to be present or not. That is so much better than were I was previously. Good Choice on my part!

I recently had several life changes that forced me into moving. After exploring several possibilities, I came across Trone rentals. I had no idea what to expect. The staff at Trone Rentals made the transition easy. Prompt response times, friendly staff, and knowledgeable about the entire process. I had a short but sweet stay in one of the Trone Rental Properties and they were an amazing Rental management co. every step of the way. The maintenance guys were the best and always there to help! Hailey and Angel are always so helpful in the office and make sure they answer all your questions. The properties are well maintained and priced great!

In all my years of renting from different places, Trone Rental Properties is the most enjoyable and easy to work with. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, responsiveness, and just overall helpfulness whenever there's any issue to be solved.
