Services
Parking is first come, first served. Each apartment is allotted for 2 vehicles on our off street parking lot. We require that all vehicles parked on the property have current inspection and registration. All residents must keep their vehicle information up-to-date with the Leasing Center. Guest vehicles are welcome, however, we ask that all visitors park away from the buildings, allowing our residents closer parking options.

Very disappointed, we were told that income would make up for credit and were very excited to move in. We received our application denial and were supposed to receive a call from Jessica to discuss our options that never happened. The community itself looks great but apparently money isn't good here.

DO NOT DO ITTTTTTTTTTT. The main office almost never answer their phone. I have been dealing with soooooo many maintenance issues and some that still havent been resolved. They left a huge hole in my kitchen ceiling that had an active leak for over a month. With nothing to cover it. I havent had working AC since moving in last october. So i have a single window ac unit to cool my entire 2 bdrm apt. And that's just the tip of the ice berg

Never any parking and extremely unresponsive management. I've reached out to management multiple times about an abandoned car with no license plate and flat tires that has been parked in one of the closest spots to my complex since I moved in in May and they have ignored all my messages.
you'd have better luck talking to a wall than reaching out to management.

I usually don't take efforts of writing a review, but this one is a must to save future renters from wasting their money and enduring a headache of staying at this community and dealing with the management.
I stayed here from 2017-2020, and the management changed during this time period. The new AION management is worse than the previous management, has nearly non-existent maintenance support and bent on extracting money from residents in every which way possible. Here are some of the biggest issues I faced during my stay here:

Wasn't terribly fond of this place since the day we moved in. Our apartment wasn't even available to see upon remodeling until the very day we moved in. Overall, the place was decent, but you could visibly see that things were slapped together in a rushed manner. Maintenance staff were usually very quick in fixing any issues. It was a bummer that every step the upstairs neighbor took sounded very loud above us. The most upsetting part was how staff handled our new neighbors or shall I say, lack there of. Great location and definitely the BEST view in York!! I was really nervous about moving after reading the reviews. I personally have not had any bug issues. If anything, there are less bugs here than I have had at other apartments. The apartments are older like all apartments in York, but it hasn't been much of an issue. I hardly ever hear my neighbors, which is great. Janette is very pleasant and helpful. She doesn't have much help around the office, so be patient with her! The new resident's lounge that's being built is really awesome too! Has snacks and entertainment!

I moved here two months ago with my children and dog. So far we are satisfied with the prompt response to our maintenance requests, the pool, new dog park area and recent clean-up of the playground.
I would like to see the common areas in the building (entryway/hallways) cleaned regularly and I'm not happy with the very small capacity of my washing machin, but overall we like living here and are comfortable.

The Mon-Fri office lady, Rebecca, was MUCH more helpful and kind than the weekend lady Lisa. She helped us clear up what was wrong with our payment and made sure we didn't have to drive 2 hours back with all our stuff. We found that most of our problems stemmed from the Saturday office lady (especially from Saturday, 6/29), Lisa - old lady with a raspy voice.
Lisa was on the phone when we first asked for step-by-step help in regards to doing the Moneygram. She ultimately gave us the wrong information and we lost a $30 service fee from it when we were only supposed to pay a $5 service fee
