If you want your party stranded, go with these guys. If you want to be charged a fee for canceling a reservation, go with these guys. If you want an old limo with large bubbles in the tint, chipped paint, worn seats, and enough air fresheners to mask whatever odor was in there, go with these guys!

We have used this company for many years and have had only 1 issue. The company charges a mandatory 20% gratuity for the driver and we had one driver try telling us that the company never really gives it to the drivers. Naturally we mentally questioned the type of person that was being hired to drive for them. This recent issue actually showed us how little we could actually trust the management of the company. I had a terrible experience - STRANDED outside the airport on Christmas Eve after they decided they were not going to pick me up anymore.

I had booked (and pre-paid) for roundtrip airport transportation (pick up at ATL and driven to Alpharetta; and driven back to the airport after the holidays). I had requested meet-and-greet service at the airport because I have a service dog and had multiple suitcases, which is difficult to maneuver by myself. HORRIBLE experience. NEVER USE THIS CAR SERVICE... atlcarservice.com. We booked this service online and the only reason we were using a car service is because we needed a car seat otherwise we would have taken Uber! Our reservation indicated we requested a car seat and I called when we landed to confirm... the driver shows up and there was no car seat. I called and asked to speak to management and they said they would call me back and did not call me back. Finally, we decided for me to take the luggage and my husband and child took MARTA, while I went home to pick up car to pick them up.

All I have to say is do not book with this company. Vehicles are old. I prepaid for a van and it never came. I called and they said we have been trying to call you for 20 mins. Of course they never called and told me the van broke down. Stay away stay away stay away!!!!!!! The worst company ever. And I will also be reporting to the BBB.

Should have realized that the best price doesn't mean best service. If you want a stressful ride to the airport because the driver was not given the appropriate pick up time and then miss your flight that incurred an additional fee to change, try this loser business. Asked for refund and was told that it was my word or the dispatcher's word as to the pick up time. Horrible business practice - Hassan, Ray et al - KARMA GUYS, you'll reap what you sow.

Last evenings limo service was extremely poor. First of all, as the contract states, we were to have a Lincoln limousine. What pulled up in front of my house was a white Hummer. The roof of the Hummer was literally peeling off and looked horrible. It was embarrassing to have it parked on our street. The driver was improperly dressed. He had on a striped golf shirt and not even a jacket. As for the inside of the limo, the well was filled with water where ice had melted from previous clients. This is absolutely THE WORST Limo service in Atlanta. Oh how I wish I had given the reviews prior to my booking a once over. We were taking an international trip and the driver was late picking us up. How late? 30 mins.

Then to make matters worse the driver who picked us up when we returned from the trip had a car that had not seen a car wash all year! The car was old and sounded like the muffler was about to fall out at any moment. It was a Lincoln of some sort.

What type of vehicle did I request, you ask. Yukon's the hold 5 large pieces of luggage for 3. What I hit on the return was

Wow. The driver was late on picking us up to the airport and then the company demanded payment in cash when the credit card was already given(be careful as you cant prove cash payment w/o receipt. I saw a double payment issue possibility right away)..Absolutely no communication from the business. Here's the scary part: Upon being picked up from the airport, Bobby the guy retrieving payment (not the driver) was horrible. This company also operates under a different name of "Atlanta Citinet Limousine." I booked a 7 passenger SUV charter for a group of my friends and I on New Years Eve for 6 hours. I initially booked an Escalade, but was picked up in a Suburban. After arriving to the first location, the driver dropped us off and told me to call his office approximately 20-30 minutes before we were ready to go and another driver would come pick us up- be mindful that I paid for a CHARTER, which means the driver stays with you for the duration of your booking. Do not book this service. We made an online reservation, paid a deposit but they never showed up and insisted it was the website's fault. Then they claimed they were going to find us another driver but just put us on hold for over an hour.

I have never given a company a poor review before, but this has been the worst customer service I have ever received.
