I had received a housewarming gift of a sunflower bouquet but unfortunately when they arrived they were less than beautiful. They never opened and had to be thrown away after a day. I emailed customer care and I have to say, they were wonderful! Not only did they replace my bouquet they sent me an extra one! These flowers were stunning and so well packed they looked amazing for days! I know things happen sometimes and as long as issues are handled and made right I’m happy to recommend a company. Urban Stems have earned my future business!

I legitimately couldn’t come up with a company that’s worse than this one. I’ve ordered from them three times. The first two times the flowers came half dead. The third time, I had to use an agent on the phone to order the flowers because their website wasn’t working. They cancelled my order without making me aware of it, and when I contacted fedex and they told me that the company cancelled the order their response was “we had some tech issues”. Ok? And you don’t tell your customers that? They offered me a shameful $25 credit like that can make up for a $125 order meant to go to

This company is horrible!!! I have been on the phone for 25 minutes trying to receive my order that was supposed to delivered on 12/28/21 and it is now 1/5/22. The representative silently held the phone the entire time saying he was waiting on a manager for me and never came to the phone. This is the worst floral company or company period that I've ever dealt with! I'm extremely dissatisfied, frustrated and upset! I have yet to receive a resolution.

The flowers sent by Urban Stems are gorgeous. I must also point out that their “Happiness Associates” could not be more accommodating. They truly live up to their titles. The orchid plants were delivered as promised and carefully set on my porch. I highly recommend Urban Stems for your next floral arrangement or plant.

Potted plant arrived on its side with a badly broken pot and dirt spilling out when I opened the box. It was 90+ degrees - the plant was wilting. "Cust.Happiness" rep said another would arrive next day(Sat.) it didn't-now coming Tue. No supervisor to speak with until Monday. UNACCEPTABLE/USELESS help line. Save your money.

I live in Phoenix so it's hot for flowers to sit in a FedEx truck all day! Needless to say, my flowers looked terrible when I opened the box! Noel, was determined to make this right! I got three deliveries total before FedEx finally got them to my door in the morning and they are beautiful! They smell fresh and the roses smell wonderful!

I do not understand how my ordering process was so bad and others have ordered so many times and had great service. I think the 5 stars MUST have been paid. I ordered flowers online because their flowers look different than the typical online flower store. I ordered flowers for my mom on Mothers Day and requested they be delivered the Friday before to give them plenty of time and avoid being slammed the Saturday before.
They emailed me and said they could not be delivered on Friday but would deliver on Saturday.
Long story short they never made it. Then they send me a company credit to use

During the past year I've received more than 20 floral arrangements from Urban Stems from a dear and generous friend. Almost all have been lovely. Here's my one complaint: they're hard work!
Even when the flowers come in a vase, they need to be unwrapped, untied, the stems individually recut, then carefully rearranged in the container filled with water I've dissolved the enclosed packet of preservative. And it's suggested that I repeat this process every day or so!
The flowers have been beautiful, but it feels a bit like a do-it-yourself project at a luxury price. I

THE MOST HORRIBLE FLOWER SERVICE. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Someone had sent me flowers after getting out of the hospital and when I received them, they were already dying. So I contacted Urban stems and they sent me another box but whoever does their delivery left it downstairs, didn't even knock or anything I didn't even know the flowers got delivered. I am very impressed by the quality and the service offered by Urban Stems. Feeling very lucky that my order was delivered at all after reading these reviews. I ordered flowers for my mom three days before mother's day, and had no problem. I got the Vienna bouquet and a large glass vase, which cost around $130. That's pretty expensive for what it was, but I had seen great reviews up until this point. I had no issues with the order being delivered on time the day before mother's day. However, I was sent a picture of the flowers and they clearly aren't what I ordered. Having worked in supply chain operations for a large floral company many years ago, I can first of all say upfront that Urban Stems has very competitive and reasonable pricing! The Urban Stems website is curated beautifully with lots of gorgeous arrangements to choose from along with a neat and tidy ordering platform. When I called their customer service line to make sure the bouquet I choose would arrive in a timely manner they were polite, professional and responsive - another bonus! I send flowers to my clients often and figured I'd found my new prompt and dependable florist.

Very disappointed in how lackluster and cheap these flowers are compared to the beautifully arranged robust flowers in the photos UrbanStems offer for customers to choose from on their website. I was embarrassed by the subpar quality of this bouquet that was delivered to my family member... if Urban Stems is going to use other florists to create & deliver bouquets, then quality control should be implemented so their name is not attached to such a subpar product (...better bouquets can be purchased from 7-11). I ordered a Verona arrangement for a big anniversary (aren't they all?) and it exceeded
expectations in every way. The arrangement was beautiful and the delivery was sensational -- exactly on time and the delivery person emailed a picture of him holding up the box of flowers in front of my building. You can't ask for much more! A little pricey but WELL worth it if you want it done right.

2nd update: After e-mailing customer service about the withered flowers, they offered credit for another bouquet. My boyfriend had to pay $8 for delivery, even with the credit. This second bouquet was much better, tulips that were fresh and hand delivered. However, getting what you pay for and what's advertised shouldn't involve having to write about your experiences on yelp and emailing customer service to have another order of flowers delivered after the first one was such a disaster. Upgrading the review to 2 stars, but this was too much of a hassle for us to have Faith in using urban
