My mom is visiting me from Germany and my uncle ordered flowers to be sent for her birthday yesterday. The order was for 9 am and the flowers came at 6:45 pm. Good that we had not left for dinner yet as they were just left at our front door. Nobody called, texted or knocked on the door to let us know. The bouquet looked droopy and most of the roses had areas where they started to dry out (see photo). It seemed that the flowers were either from the day before or in the delivery van all day. Not fresh looking at all! I feel bad for my uncle and the money he spent on this. I left a message last night

Placed an order this morning to be sent to my grandson and ask for them to be delivered today. I spoke with Norbert and he was so helpful. Customer service was great!! The flowers were delivered as ask and were absolutely beautiful. The service was exceptional!

My mother ordered flowers from oversees for my birthday. Flowers on 14th delivered the bunch of flowers on the front steps of my building, without calling me or texting me, in direct sunlight, on a hot day (95 degrees). I found the flowers when I happened to go out. I put some fresh cold water in the vase right away, yet, half of the flowers were done the next day. I attempted to contact flowers on 14th via messenger and their website and still haven't received any response (it was over a week ago). Terrible service all together.
