I needed a last minute arrangement. I really only new colors and the certain flower I wanted, but the ladies here at Juanitas flowers were so helpful. They exceeded my expectations and of course she loved the arrangement she got. This is definitely going to be my go to spot from here on out. Yesterday, I went to Juanita's Flowers because my mom loves flowers and I buy them for her every week at Safeway.

I wanted my colleague to feel supported through the loss of her mother and needed same day delivery of flowers and a card signed by our team. I called Juanita's and they were so helpful, they printed out my team card, arranged a beautiful bouquet and delivered both on the same day. Excellent customer service, texting me to let me know the delivery went out and even sent pictures of the bouquet and team card. Absolutely recommend!

Amazed at their customer service and quality. I ordered the unicorn for a friend's birthday and it looked exactly like the photo! Will order here again!
UPDATE:
My friend, who we delivered the unicorn to, just contacted me and told me that the delivery man mistakenly delivered and extra item in which he came back a few hours later to retrieve.
Mistakes happen but it definitely made the birthday surprise awkward. Minus one star.

I am rating this florist with one star, although they do not deserve it. My husband needed a flower arrangement for a funeral. He spoke to the owner and he explained what he wanted and also sent her a picture, as an example (it was a music note). Not too difficult, if they knew what they were doing. She assured him that she could make it. They discussed the colors and wording and later that day, they spoke again to go over the details a second time. He specifically asked that they text him a picture of the arrangement, BEFORE it was to be delivered. They text him a picture, as they were delivering

I paid $50 for a dozen roses...just roses no vase then when I try telling her thats all and go to my car she comes out with a small box of chocolates. Better off going to Safeway or Walmart. And to top it off she asked what I wanted written on a card I told her and no card or note was attached just a waste of time and money.

I ordered a wreath for my cousin's funeral. I placed the order through the phone and the lady who helped helped me was so nice and answered all my questions. She helped make the wreath personal. The wreath was so beautiful. Im extremely happy with the arrangement, customer service and delivery. Thank you for taking such care of our arrangement.

I knew I liked this flower shop when I found it on Yelp, what made it better was Estela's service. I needed same day flower delivery and she and her team were able to pull it off! Not many flower shops do so, so I'm very thankful to her and her team. I really liked being provided with updates to when the arrangement was delivered. Service was great and flower arrangement was beautiful!

I called this around 6pm evening for a last minute delivery tomorrow at noon. It was difficult to find an open florist this late in the evening, given COVID's impact on business hours. I believe I chatted with Yvonne who was extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. I was impressed that they were willing to help me with the arrangement and am very glad that I stumbled upon their website. I'm excited for the arrangement to be received and will definitely be back with future orders!

Their flowers look amazing!! They turned out better than the picture they provided on their online website. They have a lot of options to pick from too. Service- I forgot to add in a note card when I purchased my order online, so I called in. They picked up the call immediately and helped me edit my order. The best part was when they sent an email update for my order. This made me felt reassured. I will be coming back to this place for future orders. 10/10 I would recommend Juanita's Flowers!

Wanted to surprise my girl at work with some roses at her work. Was lookin at a few places but damn I didn't know roses were that expensive! Then I came across Juanita's flowers and they had every girls like favorite chocolate too those gold chocolate balls the Ferrero Rocher chocolate balls! i don't know any other place that has these so right away I knew this place was the only way to go no cap (no cap means no lie for the people who don't talk ghetto like me lol) anyways I was looking at their roses they have and their prices are actually pretty good. I received the address for a funeral Friday afternoon and the service began at 11:00 the next morning. I'm 3000 miles away!! Panic set in! After checking reviews of florists close by the sanctuary, and seeing the photos online, I gave them a call. No problem can have them there by 9:30 in the morning. Then I chose 3 beautiful arrangements in my price range.
Normally that would have been the end of it, --not knowing if they got there or how they looked. But no, she emailed a photo of all 3 as she was delivering them. Very professional service, arrangements

Even on a busy day such as Valentine's Day they still had a cute and wide selection of flowers for you buy from!! I've never seen a rose flower bear and it was so cute!! I'm glad to shop at local businesses too and I saw all the hard work everyone went through with other customers; such as putting giant bouquets and other balloons into others cars!!
