This went better than I even thought. She loved the flowers and Ivy was patient and reflexive when I entered the wrong date with my order. Will use Flowers by Ivy again! The orchid arrangement I ordered was true to its picture and loved by my family. Besides beautiful flowers, the customer service was superb.
I got an email stating that the address I gave was the same in the court as it was in the avenue. Once that was cleared up, I got a phone call requesting the Unit that I neglected to put on the order request. This was all errors on my part, but they were always professional. Thank you so much! First, I found Ivy last summer when i planned for a micro backyard wedding. I needed someone who can decorate my pergola as our backdrop.
I reached out to Ivy and received a response quick. I sent her pictures of my backyard and what i had in mind, drafted what I envisioned roughly. Along with my limited budget.
She told me not to worry, she will make my bouquet and pergola pretty. She even made a small boutonnière for my dog who was my ring bearer.
She didn't disappoint. She and her assistant showed up on time in the morning off, it took them 2 hours to spruce up my backyard. The bouquet

When I used to live in the area, this was my favorite and only florist! Ivy, her family, and her staff are all extremely sweet. They treat me like family each time I visited. Their floral arrangements are absolutely beautiful! I'd describe what and who they were for. She'd ask if there are any specific flowers I'd like or if I had a price range. She puts so much thought into her arrangements and the results show. I'm so sad I live in another city now and have not found a florist equal in skill as Ivy. Another great review for Ivy. Our household has now received a total of 5 arrangements from Ivy (sent to us by an out of state family member). I felt I needed to write another review in light of this, as I have additional experience with Ivy's floral designs. 9 days later, we are still enjoying the flowers from the delivery. This is longer than nearly every florist-delivered bouquet I've ever received. The flowers arrived very fresh. The ratio of flowers to greens was high, as was the variety of flowers included. I stopped by very last minute to pick up flowers for my partner’s birthday. I hadn’t called ahead of placed an order online but Ivy was so accommodating, she made a bouquet for me as we chatted and I had an excellent time getting to know Ivy. I received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday and they were the most beautiful arrangement. Delivered to my porch with vase. And the flowers lasted a week. I couldn't be happier and the florist did an amazing job with the colors!! I'm so impressed with the quality and freshness of their products. See pictures for yourself, this was day 4 after delivery and still looked fresh. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Flowers by Ivy is my husbands go to florist for every occasion. Whether it be Valentine's, birthdays, and those random "just because" bouquets, her creativity and unique style is amazing. Ivy and her team just did the flowers for my wedding this past weekend. What an amazing job they did! I was blown away and their work was better than I could ever imagine. My bridal bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen! Ivy was really easy to work with. Any changes I wanted up until about a week before my wedding; she was able to accommodate. I would definitely recommend Ivy and her team if you're looking for a florist for your upcoming event.

Feeling emotionally ripped off!!!
2 weeks ago i ordered flowers to be delivered to my mum's funneral. I rang up and talked to this lady her name was Nga, she sounded really nice. I told her her I was from Australia, I was hoping she would do a great job with the flowers, the reviews on google were really great, so I thought I would order through her, there were a few exchanged phone calls she sounded genuine big mistake:( . I asked her to email me a picture of the flowers, I never recieved it. I had to sort out out the photos of the flowers through the pictures of the funneral my sister had sent

This place gets 5 Stars for their bouquet and their customer service.
My husband sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers to cheer me up after a family member was undergoing surgery. After a few days some flowers started to die off and once I removed them, I noticed a crack in the vase. I sent an email to Ivy and received an answer the same day apologizing for the vase. She had new vase delivered to my office within two days. That's what I call service.
We will definitely continue to use this Flower in the future.

I will never go to Safeway for flowers again! I walked in and talked to the young woman and told her what I was hoping to spend. Then all she asked was what flowers I wanted on it, so I looked around and found one particular flower that I liked and she built a beautiful bouquet around it. I'm very pleased and my girlfriend LOVED these flowers. She was very accommodating because I told her I wouldn't be able to give them to my girlfriend for 5-6 hours so she put some water in the bag and double bagged it for me.
