What an unpleasant and rude owner. Needed flowers urgently for a sudden funeral service. Instead of helping out or saying he cannot do it, he start mocking me and making fun of lack of clear ideas ( as if I do that everyday)
What a shame! I had no choice but to slap the phone down as this was emotional for me!!!
I am hopeful the owner can get a hold of himself and stip being that arrogant

Love the staff! Very friendly and kind. We were there during their last half hour before closing and someone called 15 minutes before closing asking for an arrangement and instead of saying no I'm sorry it's too late they agreed. While there my sister told them about a bad experience we had when this place was a different florist and they promised us we wouldn't be disappointed with them. They were right. We ordered flowers for a funeral and asked that it included gladiolus and lilies. They did not disappoint. I wish I had taken a picture, the lilies were bigger than my hand.

Valley Florist has been our "Go To" for all our special occasions since 2007 when our first daughter attended her Prom to our parents/relatives passing away through the years. The owner is kind, compassionate, friendly and very helpful in making sure I was informed of the flowers in season and offered recommendations when needed. We never had to worry about the flowers delivered as they were always beautiful and on time. Our Aunt recently passed and as usual the sprays were beautiful. Got a personalized bouquet from Valley Florist for my birthday. I wanted peonies which were not in season at the time and were extra expensive but the owner let me know in advance so that I'm not disappointed. I also included a variety of large flower and had the owner put it together. I appreciated the honesty and effort! My bouquet came out so cute & I absolutely love it.

Ordered a $520 rose crown for a funeral in late January. The flowers were completely wilted and ugly and the arrangement lacked fullness. For the amount of money spent on the arrangement I was completely shocked when I saw it. I know no more then $100 was spent on buying the roses for this arrangement, this shop pocketed $400 in profit. We are in a global pandemic where thousands of small businesses are struggling to keep their doors open, you'd think they'd go the extra mile to please a customer especially when your paying over $500. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointed.

My favorite flower shop in East Side San Jose. Been going here for years. Have gotten prom flowers, birthday gifts, and anniversary flowers here. The owners and staff are very nice and make sure you are happy with your purchase. Very willing to customize your order to make sure it's exactly as your want. Highly reccoment, I love it here.

I am so happy to finally find a wonderful florist in the bay area. Valley florist created for me three beautiful garlands of roses and carnations for my Ganpati Pooja (indian festival). The price was quite feasible compared to other florists in the area. Most importantly the garlands came out so so pretty, the flowers were fresh and we got them right on time. Highly recommend this place for getting flowers.

I have never been disappointed with the flower arrangements I have received or ordered from Valley Florist! Their roses are gorgeous and last over a week. They have created custom creations (I.e. I walked in today got help right away from Rudy. He is the man to go to for any guidance/opinion on flower adornments. He showed me the final product and it came out hetter than expected and better than their online picture. Rudy is the man!

My close friend's birthday was a couple days ago and since we no longer live in town to get her anything I remembered Valley Florist does great work and decided to order from them. Whoever answered the phone was very helpful and made the process so easy and quick.
Paid for delivery service and a premium upgrade. The outcome did not disappoint. The bday girl loved her flowers and so do I. Another satisfied customer

I needed flowers delivered to my girlfriend after a rough day at the hospital. I ordered flowers through Valley Florist online for same day delivery. The florist had great communication and called immediately when there was a delivery issue. The flowers were delivered and my girlfriend was extremely happy at the freshness and quality of the flowers. I would highly recommend Valley Florist!
