I just listened to Debbie on the phone with a tenant, and she was incredibly unprofessional and demeaning. She was rude and seemed bothered that he was even calling, and not using the portal. She was trying not to put in the maintenance request by phone. She then tried to lecture him, instead of confirming the request had been submitted. I would not want to live in a place they talk to me like that.

I have used Coast Property Management for about 15 years to manage our rental property in Seascape Village in San Clemente, CA. They handle repairs, checking credit for potential tenants, collecting the rent and paying us monthly. Nancy and Debbie have taken great care of our tenants and our needs. Their service made my life worry free relative to the responsibility of the rental property.

Coast property management is a family ran business that I highly recommend to have running your rental , or renting from. They care about your needs , they want you to be comfortable in your home . I was a tenant with Coast Property Management for over 5 years and hands-down this is the best property management company in San Clemente. I've dealt with several other companies in the area that were shady and deceptive. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent to talk with Debbie down at Coast Property.

Beware, rented a business property, signed the lease and then another property owner informs me they sold the property across the street to a group who is planning a private for profit 10 acre homeless shelter!!!! This company promise quiet, safe location, low crime rate and now a open campus homeless shelter that allows drugs and alcohol for hundreds will literally be across the street. This won't be safe for my customers, business or employees and when I informed them I would be leaving they said they would sue me. BRING IT ON. Please do not use this company they do not care their tenants

Debbie Bridgeman was so helpful and prompt when we reached out to her for assistance in helping us find tenants for our rental. She gave us good ideas for improvements and has many painting/flooring/other tradesmen she can recommend to make the task even easier. I could not have asked for a better property management company. Debbie stands out as one of the best. She is a phenomenal communicator and I was always able to get a hold of her when I needed her most. She takes great care of all her tenants and their needs. Terrible service! I'll call you within 24 hours really means you'll have to call me 3 times before I'll answer. I'm actually still waiting to hear back from Debbie months later. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ive told many friends the lack of service we received and they are always shocked an actual company would behave this way.
