Reached out to Genuine Property Management due to the excellent reviews on Google and Yelp. However my brief experience with them was subpar at best.
My bf has a property in Fountain Valley that needs management so I reached out to several local property management companies and Marcel Ford responded on behalf of Genuine Property Management.
When they talked about the pricing for the unit it was clear that there was no consideration of any other properties in the area (comps) and that his estimated rental valuation took no considerations outside of the square footage. When that was brought up

How I wish more companies and businesses would offer the same customer care as Genuine Property. Almost 4 years ago, had to move our parent into a full-time care facility. There was so much to do to clear out and update the old home. We live out of state, it was impossible. Then I met Marcel of Genuine Property. He and his employees took care of everything for us from there on. They still manage the rental. It has all been the most wonderful experience.

I'm an out-of-State Landord using GPM to manage my residential property in Orange County for going on 4 years now. I wasn't sure what to expect in the beginning but I've been so happy that I found this company. The owner is a super nova of positive energy that you can feel throughout the team. GPM represents and takes care of my property the same as (better than, really) I would.
