There are not enough words in the world to describe what an excellent, safe, kind, and encouraging personal trainer Ashley is! When I started going to Ashley I knew absolutely nothing about weight lifting. In less than a year, Ashley helped me meet multiple strength goals all while keeping my body safe! For the first time in my adult life, I feel STRONG! I can’t recommend her highly enough! (She also is known to tell a great story to get you through the worst parts of your workout AND give you a free protein snack!!! Seriously!! It doesn’t get better than this!!)

I have been working with Ashley for about 6 years now. She started out as my yoga instructor and is now my physical trainer. Ashley is a wonder. She is well versed in both yoga and physical training. Her lessons are geared to a variety of exercises and routines for maximum benefit. Ashley checks in on how I am feeling before and during the class, adapting the session if need be, making sure I am meeting my goals and that I am doing the exercises correctly to prevent injury.. She has even helped me get a handle on my diet, showing me how many calories I needed to intake and burn to lose some weight

Ashley is the best trainer and human ever! Ive struggled with my weight my whole life and she truly turned that around for me! I met her at my heaviest weight I’d ever been. Following her guidance and training, I lost 48 lbs, and have kept it off! Ive never felt so strong and my weight has never been more consistent since working with Ashley. She taught me to work smarter not harder, and took the time and care to correct my form preventing any injury. I’m doing things I never thought I was capable of. I’m so grateful to have her in my life and would highly recommend her to anyone looking

Ashley really sparked my love affair with Yoga and really taught me how valuable and beneficial a consistent yoga practice is.
I got amazing, long-term results by working with her consistently, and she is truly talented at custom tailoring workouts and flows for each individual‘s needs.

Ashley is a great personal trainer and human being! I always had such a fun time working out with her and felt like she really listened to what I needed. Ashely is super knowledgeable and was always trying to help me find solutions to getting in a good work out even with chronic back issues. Ashley is amazing! I attended her yoga classes for years and always looked forward to it even though I dislike exercise in general. I even followed her to different gyms/yoga studios because she is the best instructor I have ever worked with and wanted to get the Level Up Yoga experience as much as possible. I have been working with Ashley for well over a year now. She has been excellent at helping me meet my goals! I can honestly say she has helped me develop muscles I didn't even know I had, especially in my glutes which was one of my goals!
